After a very long day and having to delay our arrival I am proud to say that my sons 12th Birthday celebration made us all... forget. Courtney our server was amazing. Courtney was very attentive but never overbearing and all requests were met even with aparty of 14. The food was great and most importantly my son had an amazing time. Everything else was great. I’m so disappointed that this is considered a dinner to go lobster pasta meal! Not happy at all. I... was looking for a full size/larger meal. What happened to the full size and 1/2 choices at red lobster? Not happy. And for $26not satisfying… I hope this can be fixed down the line. Plenty of parking close by & handicap accessible. Large dinning room & a nice bar ???? if you prefer that setting. We were... quickly greeted & seated. The fried green bean appetizer was amazing as were the biscuits. HATS off to the bartender because theLong Island Iced Tea was fantastic. The Admirals Feast was delicious ???? and topped off a great evening. Went here to treat myself on my birthday.. I thought i would get a dessert or appetizer free or something through my points but... I have had lobster pizza at several restaurants, even upscale. Today, for the first time, we had the lobster pizza at Red... Lobster; it was so delicious. I’m giving this restaurant two stars due to poor upkeep. The windows on the doors were filthy , dirty paper napkins were on... the floor. I know they maybe short staffed but someone should be in charge of keeping the place clean. I saw several employeeslooks at the napkins on the floor and keep walking. The waitress was fine however, we didn’t get our biscuits until after wewere done eating! We were told the biscuits will be out in 5 mins.. an hour later we finally got biscuits, which were put in ato go bag because we were leaving. They have to do better! Read more
The wait was an hour but only because they were short staffed; not because it was crowded. The staff was lackadaisical and... nonchalant. Once we were seated the server was attentive but we felt rushed as to go plates were brought out almost immediately.The food is WAAAAAYYYY OVERPRICED!!! The steak was small and lacked flavor. I ordered shrimp linguine with added scallops. Theyjust cooked the scallops and tossed them on top! Considering I paid $10 extra for 5 scallops, it should have been cooked or atleast mixed WITH the linguine; that way it would have been seasoned and the dish would have been uniformly presented. We paid$75 for food and service that was subpar and found lacking. We had a way better experience at Cheddar's down the street. I willNOT be returning. Read more
