I just paid 15$ for what appears to be bbq leftover from yesterday?s batch. The last time I tried this place, I called and got... my money back because the food was so dried out and old it was basically inedible. Couple months later, the bbq is still driedout and inedible. The fact that they sell this makes me mad. It?s obvious this is garbage. Maybe have some standards for whatyou give to customers. I?m done trying. Read more

The food was mediocre at its best. The chopped chicken tasted awful. The chicken tenders tasted as if they were frozen. Our... waiter took our food to another table. Sat it down walked away, the customers at that table let him know that he had broughtthem the wrong food. So he proceeds to pick up the food from that table and brought it to our table. We always enjoy eating at Shane's but since we were buying for our son, we got it to go. I always get the big BBQ sandwich which... comes with French fries. Their fries, to me, are better than McDonald's. my husband gets the BBQ pork plate with fries andBrunswick stew. Their stew is delicious! Sometimes he will get the potato salad and it is good too. We stopped to eat lunch with our family and it is 90degrees outside and the air does not work Inside as the temperature is... reading 80. Very miserable and not to mention all of our family is done eating and still one of us have no food brought to thetable. My husband still has not received his food we asked for refund while waiting they were complaining about they just tookone hour break and need another one. There seemed to be one cook and 2 hostess and no management. This is horrible service andnot to mention it was extremely hot. I ordered their loaded fries with no meat. They had BBQ sauce and ranch poured over the top of the fries, with sprinkles of... cheese. I don't know what kind of BBQ sauce they use but it is DISCUSTING!!!!! I've made cheese fries at home that tasted betterthen this. Shane's Rib Shack anywhere is ALWAYS a disappointment. Read more
I don't know why this Shane's was so different from others but WOW, so much better! Come hungry because the Big Daddy sandwich... is huge!! Sides were delicious as well and loved the peach tea! Highly recommend! Read more
