Not only did I observe 2 employees discussing the missing ingredient (crumble) because they... were out, i was given the incomplete drink without an apology or acknowledgement that they could not give me what I paidfor. The drive thru is SUPER SLOW. If you have time to waste definitely jump in the drive thru. I?m currently stuck in it while... writing this review. This is by far the slowest Starbucks I?ve ever went to. I?ve tried to go here several times and everysingle time they took more than 30 minutes to serve me. I could understand if they were serving whole meals but?.. drinks &snacks?.. I have been sitting here stuck in this drive thru since 1:30, it?s now 2:02 & I?m the second car from the window. Nicole is my hero!! I had been ordering an ice coffee double blended with a splash of heavy cream and cinnamon, believing that... it was sugar free? NOPE! The blending agent that is added to blend contains SUGAR!!!! So every time I order this lovely drink Iwas throwing myself out of ketosis. So Nicole, is my Hero and has help me immensely on my weight loss journey. By the way thiswas a mobile order and she took her time and explained this dilemma to me. Thank you NICOLE! After waiting 30-40 mins for a drink, I politely asked about it and felt like I was the badguy for even asking about the status... of my order. Sadly, I noticed what looked like some kind of purple makeup and a hair on the lid of my drink afterwards, so Iended up pouring it out. Today went in to work and have a drink at my favorite place but the barista man behind counter made it not be enjoyable. Our... order took too long and no one else was there, when asked about it he said they had made it and place on counter but it was notthere. We said it?s not here he said Ooh well someone took it. We told him we needed our order he made it and said rudely andwith attitude ?here it is? like it was our fault. They didn?t even ask for my name or size when I order. They gave me whateversize they wanted. It has always been great service here bad today it was not a nice experience. Starbucks tell your employees todo better. Read more

The customer service at this location sucks. It?s almost non existent. I made a mobile order and almost anytime I do, you never... get acknowledged in the cafe by the register, baristas, support person or a manager. There is only one person that recognizes mecause he?s the only one that?s ever bothered to ask if there?s any mobile orders in the building. Everyone else never bothers tomake any eye contact or associate with any guests which is something you?re supposed to do in customer service. Thank you to theone employee that acknowledges guests. I wish I could give more than five stars because the deserve it. From the moment we walked through the door this experience was... so wonderful. The entire staff was friendly, helpful kind and even went over and above to be kind to my two kids. They werepersonable and seemed genuinely interested about what they were sharing. Nicole even showed my kids all the different bakerytreats. Nicole and Melody are true gems and make everyone's day brighter. Thank you for a wonderful experience. Read more
