Three Dollar Cafe has always been a favorite of mine, many locations throughout Georgia, and McDonough finally has one. My... favorites are the wings and Buffalo shrimp. I used to be a huge fan of this neighborhood establishment but my feelings are changing the more I go! To be clear, our server... and the food was good, as always! But I have two complaints from tonight,, 1) I?ve been coming here for years and the glass my?Texas Margarita? came in tonight was small, really small. I remember when this same drink was served in a slightly tallerglass. Four sips and the whole drink is gone. Stop robbing customers of a decent sized drink?.. BUT the thing that bothered methe most was, 2) bartender eating at the bar while making drinks! Didn?t wash her hands not one time after putting food in hermouth! Disgusting! I don?t care that you?re not touching food, but your hands are touching the rim of glasses and i dont wantyour nasty fingers that came out your mouth, touching my glass rim. Like gross! If you?re hungry, just go take a break and eat.Don?t eat and make drinks at the same time. Caiden was our server he was prompt and polite. All the staff were pleasant. The Korean bbq sandwich was awesome worth a stop in... that cafe anytime. The appetizer sampler also a good buy. Big portions to share. Read more
Between us, the four people at my table ordered wings, shrimp fettuccine alfredo, a meatball sub, and a grilled grouper... sandwich. Sides were salad, fries, sweet potato fries, and Mac and cheese. We all had nothing but good things to say - the fishsandwich was one of the best I've ever had. The sweet tea is home brewed, not a mix. The service was friendly and timely. Theprices are terrific. I went here with my favorite person in the universe on 01/05/2022 and I enjoyed every moment. The mood inside this place was... comforting and clean. The food looked fantastic and Tasted even better than I expected. The Jack Flight was well needed. 10/10recommend I'll be back. Read more
This was our first time visiting TDC. We have passed by this location for several years but never stopped by because of the... location and the name, '$3'. After looking at online reviews we decided to be adventurous and give it a shot. No a bad place.Burgers are awesome. Great selection of beers and margaritas are cardiologist approved low sodium. They don't salt the rim. Irather splurge once in a while and have salted rim and throw caution to the wind. Service was excellent. Good place for youngfolks. Loved the awesome cheese sticks for the appetizer , crunchy,crispy & seasoned to perfection with homemade marinara sauce!... Chicken fried chicken on homemade mashed potatoes & steamed broccoli & Caesar salad for the entree. Awesome! The drinks whereawesome too! Top shelf long island which I luv with ginger ale instead of coke! ( Try it ! Horrible. Lemon pepper wings dry, and sweet like sugar. Alfredo watery and spilled all over take out bag. They forgot to give me... my salad so I can?t rate that. Overall a horribly disgusting experience. Waiting to hear back from management. Seepictures!! Update- manager called back and said I can bring the food back in and get it remade. Offer NO refund, discount oraccommodation. After he saw food he shook his head and said sorry. Very bad food and customer service. Would not recommend atall. Read more
