Got a crispy chicken sandwich and small fries. It was disgusting chicken not crispy was overcooked and appeared to be sitting... around for hours bun was overtoasted (burnt). Fries were nasty and appeared to have been sitting around for hours or from theday before. Both were not fresh and disgusting will not order again. Great friendly staff just slow often and no one should have to wait 20 mins in drive thru. They do mess up sandwiches pretty... often in comparison to other. Their staff and convenience in location is why I return Read more
I have never had any problems at this McDonald's. The drive through line moves quickly and they always get my order right. And... that's saying alot considering that with most McDonald's if you add pickles to your sandwich, you will stump the chef. ???? Read more
This is the best McDonald's location I've been too. I've lived in Chicago, Wisconsin, and traveled having McDonald's in... different states and this one always has fresh good food and the staff is always friendly. Both of which can be hard to comeby. I hope they appreciate their employees because they really are what's making it. Thanks guys! Read more
Edit: just went back today to give these guys a second chance and i got no meat on either of my 2 burgers and didnt open them... till i got home. Will not being going back. Original- Pull up to the drive thru at 11:02 the lunch menu was up so I proceeded toorder a happy meal for my daughter. The girl stops me and says hold on let me see if we r serving lunch yet? So she finallytakes our order we pay pull up to the second window. The guy gives us our drinks and tells us to please park in the one spotbecause they weren't ready for lunch yet and that our food would be right out. 20 mins later it comes out, I drive away starteating my fries they are cold and soggy. Not happy if I had to wait so long for them to be ready for lunch why does my foodtaste like it's been sitting for an hour. Read more
We ordered in the drive thru a bundle pack for the hub and daughter to split. They still ended up fighting over the chicken... nuggets anyways lol. Our order was correct, prompt and hot. I myself ordered a large chocolate shake (no whip) and 2 of thelimited edition holiday pies. I then drove around so my daughter and I could go in and use the bathrooms. They were very cleanand spacious with the exception of one stale that was so tiny I was beginning to feel like I was being punished for something.The Christmas tree was decorated with little French fry box?s. Absolutely awful environment to work in. From what I understand since I left there is a new general manager, and the atmosphere... has improved. In terms of everything else, food is sometimes skimpy and customer service is....mixed. (Sidney dear, if you'rereading this you're doing great.) My family and I got mcflurries from there a couple of days ago, and there wasn't a lot of icecream in the cups. Not worth the price. Read more
