Food itself would have been fine if I had ordered it . I ordered a snack pack with a burger and cheese curds instead of fries.... They added fries anyway and also added cheese to the burger. Waste of money and calories. Read more
Have eaten at this Culver?s many times over the years. Has historically been very organized and with very good quality. ... However-the last few drive thru stops have been poor. Orders screwed up, no napkins in the bags, food lukewarm. Couponconversation went like this today (at intercom first),?I have a coupon for a dollar off the basket? answer,?we will take care ofit at the window?. This was repeated twice. At the window I hand over card and the coupon and say,? there?s the coupon it?s adollar off?. After we get the lukewarm order I was halfway home and grabbed the receipt off the bag to look-coupon was notapplied. Now it?s only a buck and I was half way home so I didn?t bother to turn around. I had gone inside to deal with theimproper order the last time I hit this drive thru and have lost patience. This franchise has dropped off my list. Plenty ofother locally owned places nearby. I'm not a fan of their Butter Burgers. They're not at all juicy since the smash them so thin and fry the flavor out. Their fish... sandwich and grilled chicken sandwiches are excellent. But let's be realistic. Who really goes to Culvers for food? It's theirFrozen Custard and Cheese Curds that people flock there for. Don't be left out. Go ahead, get your dairy on. Editing review- We always liked this place until we recently pulled up (8minutes before closing) & they wouldn?t even get on the... intercom to give us any reason as I?d understand & wouldn?t be upset if they had just said something & not ignored us. Quitechildish & poor customer service skills. Oh & there was at least one car behind me as well so I?d think whomevers in chargeshould get talked to about this because that?s losing out on money-besides the poor customer service, etc. Read more
I have never had a bad experience at Culver's until today. We are from out of town pulling up to Culver's it had beautiful... landscape we even made the comment to eachother about how nice this Culver's looked. Well that was where our pleasant experienceended. We ordered our food I have to get mine on gluten free bun I asked to make sure I get all the condiments on the side. Wealso asked for it to go. It came out on a tray so we decided to just eat there quickly. I had to go back up and ask forcondiments as there were none. We then bit into our fries that were soggy and lukewarm. I took them up to ask for fresh onesinstead of just fixing them I was told that next time I need to ask for them extra crispy. I have never had to ask for my friescrispy at Culver's. They have always come out hot and crispy on the outside. When we left 3 employees standing at the countertalking to eachother noone said thank you have a nice day like the other Culver's do when you leave. Luckily this is not ourhometown Culver's so we don't jave to return. Read more
The abundance of blooming flowers were so beautiful! Culver's is always one of our favorites, but this one time, our order was... messed up a lot. Thinking they are training someone new, so we will of course give them another chance. Read more
I?ve never been to a Culver?s and have been treated with so much disrespect, my order came out wrong so I took it back and the... cashier insisted it was what i order. I was given a cheeseburger only ketchup with a side of ranch. When I ordered a deluxeburger? don?t see how that got confusing. After arguing about the order for 5 minutes I finally was allowed to have what Ioriginally ordered. Don?t see how you?re going to tell me what I ordered? Read more
