Food was fine, employees need some training on customer service** and should probably study the menu a little more. **No... greeting when customers entered the store, rolled eyes at an elderly customer who was obviously having a hard time hearing,speed of service was subpar, no please or thank yous from employees, just overall poor service. Stopped by for a quick bite and the guys here helped me out expediently. They made my food perfectly. Food was fresh and... delicious, staff was skilled and professional, the lobby and prep station was clean and orderly. A+ for this Subway for sure.Thanks for making my day Read more

Food was very late, not due to the store but the drive service. I didn't feel the price was worth the food.

Zero stars if I could give it. Any restaurant someone orders pick up from has the "special instructions" spot right below each... item ordered. This was not here so I put the order in and looked the phone number up and called and then when the phone wasanswered not even 2 minutes later...she said they finished my sandwiches already. There was no way because my ordered needed tobe toasted and everyone knows it takes like 30 minutes to get an order done at any subway even if you are the only customersstanding in the store. It is quite slow....always. So...2 sandwiches and 1 needed to be toasted in 2 minutes. I don't carewho I talk to from Subway, I am not going to believe that answer. So, the lady on the phone passed it to the District Managerthere. Same answer but implied that they were "finishing up" the sandwiches at this point. So, the sandwiches "could have"still been altered with the instructions I was unable to place because Subway doesn't have a normal template like all otherrestaurants on each item purchased I guess. I was told by the district manager that there is a "special instructions" tab WAYat the bottom in the cart. So to clarify this and only in the cart and after you scroll down because I didn't see it as I wasfinalizing my order either. And she proceeded to tell me "all the customers" do this as if once again it was my fault that Idid not see the special instructions area when it is not in a place every other restaurant has one. So after all of this, Iwon't be ordering from Subway in McFarland's ever again with this whole type of put the blame back onto me type of thing. Customer Service rule #1- the customer is always right. Customer Service rule #2-always take criticism and feedback as a way toimprove the restaurant-hence the special instructions being in an odd place no one can find. Food was pretty standard, but the service was terrible. The "sandwich artist", Lauren, couldn't be bothered to acknowledge that... I had entered the store (only one other customer in at the time), couldn't give a polite "one second" while washing her hands,then acted like my order was the single greatest inconvenience she's ever suffered. I'd hate to be any customer that has to dealwith such an unprofessional, rude jerk, let alone a coworker or manager. Next time, I'll either think ahead and stop at thePflaum Rd location or visit the competition (which is closer to me, sells better food, and doesn't seem to hire snotty overgrownchildren for customer service positions). Standard Subway. Employees were nice and quick. My order was exactly what I asked for. They got busy after I placed my order... and was waiting for it to cool, but they seemed to handle it nicely and the line moved along. Food seemed fresh and wasgreat! Will go back again Read more

I'm reading through some of the reviews and some are just genuinely not true. This is a fantastic Subway (seeing that a lot of... them are not at all welcoming). They have pretty quick service and will be polite in apologizing for any inconvenience. Food isalways good. They also have awesome price-to-food ratio. Culvers is too expensive and McDonald's is never really good. If yourriding through McFarland, Subway is the fast food to go to. Read more
