On Saturday may 14th my self and my 2 boys showed up to the subway at 8:59 pm not realizing that the store closes at 9:00. the... young high school aged girl was so respectful helpful and professional. even my son said that she was probably the nicest fastfood person he has ever seen. Ordered from the app, even 10 minutes after pick up time, food was not ready and I had to leave. $10 down the drain from slow... service and there is no recourse. Last visit for me. App offers no way to correct the charge and no one at the store will answerphone. Read more
