Great experience every time with this location. They are very fast and friendly during the lunch rush.
Your required to wear a mask but the people behind the counter don?t wear one. They hold a conversation instead of worry about... the customers. There was a young man who came in wearing gym clothes and no mask standing behind the counter talking to theworkers. New staff isn?t being trained and when given the type of bread, had no idea what I was talking about while being leftalone with no help. If your looking for sanitization or customer service or any service at all, go the the BX instead. Read more
This Subway is okay, I like that it is convenient on base. There are mostly young kids working there. I?ve seen flies buzzing... around and they don?t put the covers down on the food when they are not up front. Read more
Not the best subway I've ever been to but the staff works hard. It can get really busy during lunch. But since the chow hall... isn't always an option, or at least worth your money or time, I really like this subway being close. It's also easier to get tothan any of the fast food spots in the BX. Night shift is unprofessional. They don?t wear uniforms, which would be fine, but a beanie and hoodie with the hood up isn?t a... very professional look. Also it didn?t help that the second they were done making my sandwich they returned to the table wereabout 7 of their friends were hanging out having some sort of party. Not to mention they were rude and seemed as if we, ascustomers, were inconveniencing their evening. If you?re someone who cares about the quality of work someone puts into handlingthe food you eat, I would avoid going after business hours. I experienced this at about 9:30pm on a Monday night. The experience was a positive one. The employees asked me all the questions I expected from Subway due to previous experiences... at other locations. The new staff was nice but I just couldn't believe the prices here are ridiculous. $8.28 for a foot long tuna on a Friday that... was supposed to be on sale but the employee wasn't aware of it. Stay away from this subway if you want to save money. Lookslike the family running this place is Monopolizing on military personnel and the fact that it's 24 hours. You can save acouple bucks eating at another subway. If you're on base, drive the extra mile to taco bell, anywhere but here. Read more
