Service was not the greatest at all, very cold and unwelcoming. The restaurant itself looked disgusting and unclean. Paid $10... for a burrito with just chicken, rice, and beans in it which is way too much money, even for a good burrito. AND, the burritowasn?t even good. Order was fine, food was fine. Packaging was disastrous. Vinaigrette leaked out into my car seats, lid was damaged. It was... damaged from the store, theres no way contents shifting on a leisurely drive crack a plastic lid right in the middle. Thank thelord i took my DD out and not my street cars with recaros from the 80s. I would be dialing my insurance so fast it would putyour turn around to shame. This location used to be good, until they got new staff. Now the place is run by a bunch of teens. Went in a few weeks ago to... order a bowl. I didn?t ask for extra steak in my bowl, only my boyfriend did. However, they charged us for extra steak on bothbowls. Up charge for extra steak is $4/each. When I told the cashier I didn?t ask for extra steak, she told us based on theamount of steak the guy put in my bowl, that it is the amount of ?extra?. I was loud and clear and did not mention anythingabout extra steak, and even my boyfriend heard me. I was not going to fuss about it, so I just paid the extra $4. The prices forthe amount of food you get is insane. The portions used to be better. Read more
