Ordered a crispy chicken salad and a spicy chicken sandwich with chili. Received the order curbside and checked it to find that... they gave me grilled chicken instead of crispy chicken and when I tried to check the sandwich lifting the chili out of the bagrevealed that the chili leaked all over the box for the sandwich and there were no napkins anywhere to be found. When inside andexplain the situation to an employee and showed them my receipt and the food. The solution they provided was to give me thecrispy chicken piece in a box a brand new box for the sandwich box covered in chili which I had to transfer from one box to theother box and a pile of napkins because I didn't receive any. It seemed really strange that they would have me fix my order butat that point it had been almost 25 minutes since I placed my order so I took it and left only to find when I got to mydestination that they gave me a fork for my salad and no spoon for the chili. The place is usually clean and the service friendly. They do tend to make mistakes in your order so look before you go. If... you're eating in, it's best to stand and wait as opposed to sit and let the crew bring it to you, but at least it's an option. Read more
Long wait for food. Screw up my order every time, this time ordered large mashed potatoes & gravy, burger and blizzard. Got... home, no gravy, then what go back out drive 15 minutes each way and get the gravy? Every time. Order is always wrong. Do I calland tell them? Not worth the time. Just done ordering from there. I've about decided that culvers just isn't worth the money anymore. My wife and I took the Grandkids there today and purchased... two kids meals with cheeseburgers and I got the bacon burger meal and she got the Ruben meal and the bill was over $40. The foodwas so...so, nothing to write home about, but what got me was my Granddaughter asked the woman working there if she could havesome strawberries and whipped cream on her scoop of frozen custard (included with the kids meal) and she told her kids only getone topping. Would a little whipped cream have really hurt their bottom line? I won't be looking to go back anytime soon. Read more
