Ok. Not all locations are great but this one on 120 fabulous. The young girls here are efficient, helpful and warm. We stopped... by on a Saturday afternoon instead of barely having any donuts at this hour was well stocked. Thanks so much for fresh and atasty selection. As very affordable a dozen of donuts and love 31 flavors ice cream. Will definitely drive to your location forour munchies. Read more
They stole my money, OVER charged me for coffee and a bagel and put on 8oz of cream cheese for no reason on my bill. They had... two children working who could not or would not do anything because there wasn't a manager on staff. The drive through waspacked and they had two children working alone, disgusting. Hailey, Kendall,Casey, Joanna are awesome. I came in with 6 of my friends and as we started ordering and each of them helped and... worked as a team to take care of our orders. Says online it's open until 11pm but in reality they're open until 9pm. If you order online for pickup after 9pm they'll be... closed and you've now wasted your money and time. Store has shown for months it's open until 11pm. You think they'd update theirhours online. It can't be that hard. Edited to add: I'm giving them an extra star. The service, wait and quality is atrociousbut it's pure entertainment every time I go here. I never know what I'm going to get or how long the wait will be. I do enjoya good mystery. Read more
This location was amazing now, whenever I go in there is one employee doing his job but the other two are finding something to... do instead of taking orders. I ordered two large raspberry lattes. I got home and opened the top because they felt light when they were handed to me. They... were half empty. I also had to tell him my order again at the window. For 14 dollars for two coffees, this is a joke. Read more
