Pizza was delivered ice cold and tasted like rubber. Very salty and the sauce was awful. I?m going to fine another place to... order a pizza because they very been TERRIBLE the last couple of times. Not to mention how could the driver delivery a coldpizza. Read more
This place has my favorite Buffalo chicken pizza but unfortunately this will be the last time I order it from this location.... Food said it would be ready between 6:35-6:45. My husband was there at 6:40 and waited for over 30 minutes. The app showed itwas done for over 15 minutes and yet no one would give him an update. I call to get the status and I'm told it's not done yet.The girl brushed me off when I asked why they were assisting some and ignoring others. I asked to speak to a manager and she putthe phone down. I could hear them talking in the back, asking if anyone was going to help the guy who had been waiting, andnothing. Then I hear someone ask if she's still on hold, meaning me, and then they put me on hold. The kid who said he's"supposed to be" the manager, Ozzie, couldn't have acted like he cared any less. I've been in customer service for almost 20years and I've never treated a customer like they didn't matter like that. Not once. It's more than just the pizza, which orderon a regular basis. Supposedly I'll get a refund in 4-5 business days but since he apparently doesn't know if he's actually themanager or not I'm inclined to not believe him. Read more
Good enough when you want something quickly and aren't fussy about accuracy of order. Twice have called in orders and both times... upon pickup food was incorrect. First time was in a rush and didn't inspect when they read off what the order was to confirmthat was indeed what was prepared. Second time discovered incorrect toppings before finishing transaction and had proper foodprepared. I've heard good things about Jimanos and have enjoyed the food, but service leaves something to be desired. Read more
Food is usually always good! ???? However, this time the fried mushrooms were horrible. The mushrooms were placed in a styrofoam... container directly from the fryer. The hot food melted the styrofoam. The mushrooms tasted like melted plastic and a bit burnt.I wonder if they were first placed into another styrofoam container that melted worse. Then placed in the one in the photo whichstill melted but not as bad. The breading was minimal. Almost like the breading was cooked off of the mushrooms. I have neverseen fried mushrooms in this pour of a condition before. Hot food directly out of a fryer should not be placed in stryofoamcontainer. The BLT pizza was very delicious as always. The restaurant is always clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful.We don't go often, but when we do, our visit is usually a pleasant one. ???? Read more
Great customer service. Ordered delivery through GrubHub and the pizzas arrived completely destroyed. They looked like they were... tossed and sat on. I called Jimanos and they apologized and promptly replaced my pizzas. Love their pizza and we order from hereat least once a month if not more. Only advice I would give would be maybe check the pizzas before the driver leaves and don'ttip in advance. Read more
