Over years past, my wife and I have always enjoyed the sandwiches at Jimmy Johns. We have ordered from other JJ's and everything... was good except at this Jimmy's. Very dispointed by far! We had ordered two 18 inch Vito subs. Very little meat and cheese. Icould not believe the cost per sub for what I paid for! Also, the edges of the salumi were dried! I could have given just onestar instead of two, but things have changed everywhere with the high cost of products. I just don't like the fact that pricesget raised and not much is given! The picture of the sub is their picture so trust me when I say this, "They do not look like itat all!" Sorry Jimmy, you guys really need to do better! Update: So, after this review JJ responded and ask me to share thisfeedback with them. I did, but wouldn't you think that they would at least want to make up for the quality of the sandwiches orcomp me in some way? Well, that did not happen! Take the hint Jimmy! Now you get one star! I paid almost $10 for this from the Mchenry location. One slice of turkey. Brown lettuce. Tasted like a bread sandwich and bread... was stale. Awful won?t be going back. Used to be my favorite. But even subway puts more meat on the sandwich for less money too. Read more
Very accommodating to food intolerances! There are a very few places I am able to eat at due to having Celiac disease and the... risk of cross-contamination when it comes to gluten. I was in there today as I forgot my lunch at home and let the team know.The 2 gentlemen went above and beyond anything I even imagined to make sure I was able to eat there. They cleaned the entirecounter, gloves, new mayo with a new spatula. I wanted to take a moment and thank them for making my entire day. I can not eventell you how much it meant to me!!!! Read more
Obnoxious pricing. Jimmy Johns pricing is all over the board. I paid $9.29 for a #14, $7.79 in Crystal Lake, $8.18 in Volo and... Wauconda, $8.59 in Round Lake Beach. $5.29 for a Slim #1, $4.99 in Crystal Lake, $5.87 in Volo and Wauconda, $5.99 in Round LakeBeach. $7.79 for a #1, $6.49 in Crystal Lake, $7.13 in Volo and Wauconda, $7.39 in Round Lake Beach. Not too long ago priceswere actually reasonable. And not forever ago prices were $5.99 for clubs, $4.99 for 8" sandwiches and $3.99 for Slims, a familyof 3 could get 3 sandwiches for only $16, now it's $23. Read more

if i could give this 0 stars i would. i order from here a lot and never had a problem until today, the delivery driver had... delivered my food to the wrong address not once, but twice. the manager made it seem like it was my fault and also would notgive me her name. was incredibly unprofessional and rude everytime we interacted over the phone. took 2 hours to get 1 sandwich. I don?t understand this place. They say they are open until 4 on saturdays but I went there at 2:45pm and they were locked and... cleaning up. 4 employees turned around and stared at me when I tried the door and did nothing. So I guess they just close atrandom times now? Read more
