They got my order wrong. Had to wait almost 5 mins for biscuits. Not impressed with this location.
Food was great! The last time we tried this KFC the service and food was poor, It seems new management or a revamp of this... location took place because everything is so much better than our first visit here. Glad we gave it a second chance albeit yearslater, will be back. Read more
My wife and I just went through the drive through and the services was absolutely horrible. Whoever took our order was a jerk... and acted like we were bothering him. The guy that took our card was in such a hurry he did not even make sure I was holding mycard before letting it fall to the street. The lady that gave us our food did not even make sure I was holding the bag beforeletting go and rushing back inside. She could not even make eye contact with us. I will never go to this KFC again! Terrible service. We order the chicken meal (8 piece) that was supposed to come with 4 biscuits and they forgot the biscuits. In... addition, we ordered another meal and they forgot the fries. On top of that, the chicken tenders were not fresh and they werecold. Don't waste your time or money at this location. I was the only one in the drive thru when I ordered so no excuses for notgetting the order right. It was a rip off. Read more
I just drove from Wonder Lake to McHenry KFC. I ordered the number 15 chicken breast extra crispy with mashed potatoes and... gravy plus an additional side of macaroni and cheese. I should have checked the order before going home because when I got homeI got home; I had a 3 piece dark chicken meal with coleslaw instead of macaroni. I don't like the dark meat which is why Iordered the chicken breast meal! I also don't like coleslaw which of course I was charged extra for . The problem doesn't stopthere though, I've been trying to contact them via phone and no one is answering. NOT HAPPY. Read more
