Tonight I couldn't get my phone to connect to the internet so I could transfer a little more cash onto my card. I was fully... prepared to just not have my food and leave because it was my own fault for not checking my balance. BUT this super nice-a bitolder and me- lady (with awesome nails) gave me my food anyways. For all the BS and liars food service workers deal with daily,I'm glad this lady was nice. talk about RACIST. Kid with long blond hair in counter was talking about how Mexicans need to learn English just because he... couldn't understand a customer in a drive thru who wanted a Sunday. He turned around to see Me (I'm mexican) then hid. Trulydisgusting. Happened 11/07/22 @ 8:20pm. Anyone who knows him tell him to grow up. There's no official language for usa. I'm sick and tired of this McHenry McDonald's. This mess up the orders all the time. Everytime the order lacks something. And... tonight they dropped my order in the window. The manager came out and picked up the good that was dropped and brought it backinside the store. There was a garbage can outside. We did not eat out order. For all we know, they gave us the same sandwichesthat she picked up. Read more
The girl at the window last night was really mean to us and all we did was pull up for my daughter after homecoming. We politely... said we had a mobile order code and she rudely went on to say ?what?s that supposed to mean, doordash, online, McDonald?s app,etc.? She didn?t even answer the window for us when we got there and when she did she was rude and being completely out ofline. If that were one of my employees I would terminate her on the spot. Always friendly and accurate. A true hot spot for DoorDash orders, bringing me to this location every night I work at least... once. There have been major staff changes, including management a few times since I started delivering in this area and everytransition has been smooth with only minor delays when at the beginning and end of school years. A true credit to the trainers.The professionalism and kindness of the staff almost caused me to apply to work here a few months ago (they do pay well). Read more
