I placed an order for pickup on the app during my lunch break. I had placed it 40 min before my break would end and still wasn't... able to get my lunch on time. I'm ok if things take a while. I totally understand that people get busy. However, when I called& asked to have the order canceled the employee I spoke to claimed it would be canceled. They never actually canceled the order,so my account was still charged. I had to call the customer service number and get them to escalate a refund. every time i get take out or delivery it?s always wrong from this store and or they are missing things. I ordered an asiago... bagel with cream cheese and i go to eat it, there?s no cream cheese spread just a bagel, and this isn?t the first time it?shappened. My sandwich literally had maybe one spoon full of tuna salad on just half of my hand sandwich! It?s literally spreadable and so... I went to spread to to get it on the full sandwich and it didn?t even spread over the bread. Glad the soup was full though? Iguess Read more

My order was prepared accurate and on time.My food was very delicious and everything was made fresh.I am so happy that we... decided to eat at that location. Our broccoli soups were very good.Also the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwiches were madehow we wanted it.Bravo! Read more
I know we?re in logistic hell with COVID but if you don?t have enough to serve just close or remove those items from being able... to be ordered. Called to request help/refund/another item and the manager tried to blame the two little girls they have runningthe place?there?s a reason no one stays to work here. Food was fine. Sometimes it tastes nasty and there's old wilted salad too. I don't know if they just reuse old food from weeks... and microwave it. The sandwiches sometimes get gross too. Some weird aftertaste of the turkey panini but mostly just fine. Idk. Read more
