The burger meat pattee was outside of the bun. The sauce was all over the inside of the package. The window was not user... friendly, did not smile or say a word when giving me the food. The food was OK, not served well. Read more

This Location it's truly struggling with the labor shortage issues. It is impacting everything from pickup window to in... restaurant ordering and take out. The manager is screaming at the employees and the employees are ignoring directions andthere's always one really good employee who's trying to bring sanity to anotherwise insane working environment. I worry for theemployees and it spills over to having to wait 40 to 45 minutes sometimes for orders that just involve a single burger. Thisoperation used to be very very good and so I hope that the negative impact of the pandemic and the global labor shortage getsresolved quickly because the business is truly teetering on complete failure. It's easy to criticize but both management andemployees are impacted by not having enough employees and management not having enough staffing to do the work that they havedone for years in a quality fashion. I lived in this area for about two years, they get my Order right 1 out of 5 times. You always have to go inside for faster... service , but even that they?ll still get your order wrong. Then Continue to have an attitude like you did something wrong? Theyshouldn?t even be making 10 bucks a hr. A monkey can do the job better. Im loving it ? I never had problems in drive thru or dining in. Always fast clean and nice staff
This Mcdonalds never has their dining room open, so we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before we were even acknowledged... to order food (there were no cars in front of us). We waited an additional 10 minutes for our order of 2 quarter pounders and alarge fry. Neither of the burgers were thoroughly cooked, like a majority of each burger was pinkish red. I've been to otherMcDonalds and I've never had a burger look this undercooked before. I'm not a fast food or burger expert, but I don't think it'ssafe to be selling burgers that undercooked. This isn't the first time I had a negative experience with this McDonalds and I donot plan to come back after this visit. Read more
