I just got food about 10 minutes ago. And I'm so disappointed,fries were cold and hard and they pulled us up to even "make our... fries". I'm very disappointed I go to kfc all the time and eat. I don't recommend the macaroni and cheese. It's awful!!! I got a bowl of it and I couldn't eat. The classic chicken sandwich... was crispy but had an odd taste. Will not go to white oak on Long run rd. Better on rt 30 in irwin. Read more

Food was great....service was fast and friendly. This location needs updated and the entrance and lobby need a good cleaning.

This is the worst place ever I tried calling customer service I tried calling the store there is no live agents you can talk to... in the store gives you a recording when I got home instead of having dark chicken I had chicken tenders Potpies a bowl of mashedpotatoes gravy a bowl of coleslaw and four rolls with no butter when I ordered dark meat for everyone mashed potatoes foreveryone and coleslaw for everyone four rolls with butter they got the order totally wrong and I was the only one in the placeif the company reads this I would like a refund of some kind Read more
Order was wrong , chicken was greasy. Lady behind the counter didn?t want to hear about it . Left a message for the manager ,... but call was never returned . I order all the time at kfc and love it! But this time I was extremely disappointed in this place. My fries were straight hard... as ever, chicken was hard and been sitting out way to long I?m just extremely not satisfied. I will never return to this kfc.
