The absolute worst McDonald?s probably in the state of PA. Sat in line for 15 minutes. To pull and be told they are closed for... staff. Not any cars behind me. But they took the car in front of me?s order. Then she continued and told me they couldn?t serveme and that I hadn?t been there that long. Absolute garbage and I hope they all lose their jobs. We went to the drive thur window, the cashier and order taker was very polite. She had gotten the order right the first time. We... didn't take any photos , but I would think that most people know what Mickey Dee's is like. So, because we ate on the run. Wefound our meals to be pleasing and the price was great as usual. Waited in the drive through line for 15 minutes, all four cars in front of me left without being helped. Waited another 10 mins... at the speaker. Saw workers inside as well as workers walking from shop n save back to McDonald?s with groceries. Finally wejust left. Read more
The absolute worst around. For awhile my orders were great but the last 2 months it's been a joke. Sat in line for 20 minutes to... get a drink because I love theirs. No problem until they tell me they only have bottled water. If this was posted on the firstmenu sign it would've saved me 5 to 10 minutes of sitting. Consistently get orders wrong and slap the food together. I get itsfast food but this is next level lol. Closed when the website says they are open several times as well. One time we went andthey gave us the wrong sized drinks and sat in the restaurant listening to explicit music and talked for 15 minutes while wewere sitting at the window waiting still. Ridiculous. Everywhere is understaffed and underpaid but sitting and playing explicitmusic while a customer is in the drive through is absurd. Read more
I've given this place at least a dozen attempts. I've gotten cold burger meat, wrong items, breakfast burritos with almost... nothing in it. Almost always an issue everyvisit. Most recently 2 items from the $2 menu kept coming up $7 and had to cancelthe order because they wouldn't fix the price. Drive thru is always busy with baffles me, maybe just bad luck on my part. Went a little after 7pm with my two children. We went in and tried to order. They refused, and really wanted me to WALK MY TWO... LITTLE CHILDREN THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH! Pretty sure the door says dine in until 9 on Thursdays. It's not my fault they can'tget anyone to work. Read more
Terrible customer service. Not one person greeted us no thanks no have a great day no you food will be one moment. Completely... ignored. Then the food save your money and go to Wendy's. Not only did it come out the bag falling apart the meat didn't evencover the bun. Crispy chicken was more like rubbery with zero flavor. Read more
