I decided to give McDonald's in McKenzie another try on 9/9/22 - big mistake! I ordered a McChicken sandwich and was charge... $2.49 with tax making it $2.89. I was confused because the two previous times I was charged $1.89. Guess I should havequestioned the cashier before leaving the drive through but she appeared unconcerned, slung my bag at me and did not even thankme for my order - I came home and looked at their online menu with prices and it shows the charge as $1.89 + tax. Thisovercharge has happened two times before in the past two years. In addition the bun was stale. When getting food out I haveoptions and McDonalds will not be one of them. No matter how small an order I have..for instance an iced coffee or small fry..I get pulled. There can be no one there in drive... thru at all and parking empty and I will get pulled to cut down on their drive thru time. It's a scam. The time isn't reallyaccurate doing that. So "fast food" is a lawsuit waiting to happen. So annoying how they lie. Read more
My sandwich qpc was cold my fries hot otdt was very polite and accurate the DT expediter was not friendly at all no napkins or... straws in bag but about 25 pks of ketchup & I know those are not cheap. Read more
I went through the drive through. Food was cold looked weeks old. Called spoke with Tessie was told she would remake the order.... Second trip, was told I would have to wait, kid at register was rude told me they had ten other orders before I could get myfood! Nope told them I waited long enough. Trip three (all in the same night, same order) asked the three employees standing outfront smoking who the manager was and there stood Tessie and she told me that there was another manager I could talk to inside.Really? You didn't mind taking my $30 for this piss poor food and service. Thanks to Dixie who knew I was frustrated took careof my food that didn't even have meat on it. I really did not want to do this, but after the service that was given as of last night I am going to post this review.... Mcdonalds in Mckenzie, TN, has definitely gone downhill. Now, I have worked fast food and even have family in the fast foodindustry as of now so my understanding of how bad it is renders understandle. However, this particular restaurant seems to haveits priorities messed up. Long wait times, customers in line yelling at each other, food not prepared properly, and, worst ofall, food that looks like it has been sitting for God knows how long. I have been patient with this place as it is my go to spotfor lunch since, at one point, would do a decent job of getting my order correct and in a timely fashion. This has not been thecase as of late. I have been told to go to the curbside over a mchicken and fry when they were not even busy, and last nighttook the cake. I counted numerous cars drive off and leave because they got tired of waiting. I understand restaurants areunderstaffed, but, if anything, at least pretend you care if nothing else. This is the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever gone too. Not only is the food nowhere near any other McDonalds but they close at random... hours on a Friday night. I order on the app to save money and then I drive there and they?re closed at 11 on a Friday. I loveMcDonald?s but you can?t get McDonald?s here, they don?t make things by standards.
