After trying to get 3 or 4 people that could y dearth d to take our order, a manager finally comes out addresses the issue while... laughing the entire time standing in front of us while we are trying to speak continues to screw our order up then our foodcomes out the second burger checked, behold somebodies hair on my burger. Sonic drive in at McKenzie, Tn. was not the best I've had. Ordered a foot long quarter pound. Chili dog and it was rubberery,... nearly warm, and my plastic fork was near useless. Tater tots were loaded down with salt and are usually no salt at all. Thinktots were return item. Read more
I think our Sonic days have come to an end here. We always looked forward to hitting it up in McKenzie, but todays fiasco took... the cake. No apology for messed up order, even after.I double checked it. So I sat here watching everyone eat .... while Iwaited to get the right order. Burgers have shrunk, I guess they ration out the mustard, because even after the fixed burger, ibarely got any mustard on it. An apology would have been a nice start. Read more
I like Sonic in general ... I even have a friend that owns a couple in other towns. Today's visit was sad .. my husband ordered... a large cheese fry and it didnt fill even half the tray. I ordered popcorn chicken with tater tots and a medium drink ...chicken was ok although the pieces were a little large but my tater tots were under cooked.
