I found TWO hairs in my burger. I was willing to let one slide because things happen but two is unacceptable and revolting

So tired of this McDonald's during all of covid19 I could not go here because I don't have a car and I guess poor people are not... allowed to eat here, I tried to take bike through drive thru yet was told they didn't allow that. Then after covid19 I go thereat 6:45 and am told they close at seven and they are short staffed so I couldn't go in. Very next day I go at 6:00 pm and amtold they are closed because of short staff. None of that was enough to make me write a bad review today after just eating at adifferent McDonald's the day before I go in at 3:10pm and am first charged 2.50$ for a medium caramel frappe I tell cashier Ithink you messed up because it's supposed to be 3$ for a medium frappe as there is a deal going on where a couple items are 3$she then tries to charge me 4.89 for a medium which is the wrong price again even when it's not on sale it's less than that alarge is like 5.10$ she then gets an attitude with me and I had just had enough and said some rude things to her I wish I didn'tbut she appeared to be the manager and being ripped off the 1.50$ was just the final straw. I will never set foot back in thisplace unless she is fired people like her should not be in the service industry. I usually go here daily and I would bet moneynot one worker in there would have a bad thing to say about me except for this manager, so what's that tell you. Read more
My expectations were high as the manager looked clean however however my trust has been broken my dreams crossed the gentleman... at the drive-through was very polite and generous as he offered us a free medium diet Coke but what I received my café mocha Mcmocha I was shocked and disgusted dismayed appalled appalled Flabbergasted if you will that there was no cream absolutely nocream it tasted as bitter as my grandmas dirty sock that is all thank you amen Read more
Food was good (what you would expect for McD's) hash browns came out after food (almost forgotten) but bathrooms were less than... stellar. Both stalls in the women's restroom were completely out of toilet paper. Tough, we were just passing through the areaon our way to the redwoods. Parking is critical for us when we are hauling our camper. If they step up their game (and cut outall the shop talk... the kid manager thinks very highly of himself and let's the teen staff know it) this could be a decentMcD's. Read more
For the 3rd time now this McDonald's has served me a RAW/BLEEDING Quater Pounder and everytime I call they act like it's a... new/recent problem and ask if I want to come back for a replacement..how can you trust a place that hasn't rectified the issuethree times in a row. Will not be eating here anymore and have contacted the main branch of McDonald's to make sure this doesn'thappen to anyone else. Read more
