I am a delivery app driver, and each time I have tried to pick up an order from here they are unable to complete. Twice, I've... gone and they couldn't figure out the system after I already accepted the order, and this time I went and they were closed andignored me at the window. Honestly it was just rude. I personally think the food at the Mckinleyville Round Table is very good, this I?d give a 5 star for. Unfortunately they?re... prices keep me away. (10x a year max) It?s absurd to pay $40 dollars for a pizza no matter how good the Ingredients are! And$7.99 for 6 wings??? I?m sorry but $1.30 per wing is again absurd. I mean what is a wing in measurements? About 1tsp?Ridiculously over priced. For this I give a 1 ?? I own and manage a very lucrative business. I do much better making a fewdollars on multiple sales in a day rather than price gouging the few customers for very marginal profits. Only good thing I cansay about this place is when you?re go in to order a pizza there is no lines of people. And that says it all!! This kind ofmanagement wouldn?t last a month with my business. I was contacted by a customer service representative after reviewing a bad experience, and offered a gift card to try Round... Table again. I did, and made an online order for a pizza delivery. The delivery was fast, the pizza was great, and my daughterloved that they drew some cute little cat cartons inside the lid of the box. Good job, Round Table! Read more
We placed an online order, given a delivery time of one hour. We got our pizza almost two hours later! Maybe call your... customer and let them know the status and offer some kind of discount or compensation? We were offered neither. The pizza wasgood when we did get it, but we would have gone out before waiting that long. Read more
Improved customer experience. Recent visits met with engaging positive smiling helpful staff makes me want to have more round... table pizza. Interior does need updating. Dark inside. They are on the right track. Then a week after writing this review Iwent in for advertised $1 pints. There's a sign out front. The poor staff tells me "oh a few weeks ago the price went up to$2". I don't understand how the store manager can put staff in that position. Unbelievable. Read more
