I actually wasn't in Starbucks I was next door at the tobacco shop. I love Starbucks and the products and I love that they help... the homeless with hot water and ice water sanitation. But I had a little bit of a super humiliating day when I went in there Iwas so excited a friend had given me a $10 gift card so I was going to get me a nice cup coffee large straight up no sugar nocream and a breakfast sandwich yummy buttery top shelf cheese yum yum and I'm so kind and went in the restroom and wash my handsup and came back out get my order and it was a small cup of coffee I had ordered a large they said they could fix it and I waslike no that's okay just you know adjust the gift card accordingly so you can have a bigger tip., I had given a dollar fiftythat I had in my pocket at the tip as well and then the change from the gift card., When I went out to eat my breakfast sandwichand drink my coffee coffee was cold just been around not cold but just Cupid. And I don't know where they got that breakfastsandwich. My budget is such that I have to camp in my car for a little while get settled on this relocation back to humble I'mso happy to be doing even with a small budget the community is great but the prejudice that we get is to shameful. I was veryvery sad that day. Love the products just don't like being made to feel like I deserve that squished up dirty sandwich. I'mhappy to be relocated back here in this community but it worries me that our fellow community members are treating other fellowcommunity members in such a way. Drive thru is horrible and soo slow. Was waiting over 30 mins and when I got there the drive thru worker gave me my food cold... and when I said something she ignored me and closed the windows. The ice in my drink was melted as well. Were not welcoming atall worst Starbucks in humboldt county! Read more
Unreliable closing times. Sandwich board says drive thru is open when it?s not. After the third time of going for coffee before... my night shift at the hospital but being minutes too late because they can?t decide when to close, I have stopped trying. Read more
It doesn't matter what Starbucks I go to they always have the friendliest staff and the quality of their drinks and food items... never change... They are always great. And a fun thing to do is order is order a surprise me drink or food item... Theyalways get so creative when you order that way :) Read more

I?m giving three stars because of service not because the coffee or food is bad. Coffee and food is the same as every other... Starbucks. The service is not. The staff was not very friendly. We have gone through the drive through and walked in. Both area wait. Do not go if in a hurry. Two times when we walked in, it was a loooong wait. Once for our coffee, because they keptmaking the drive through coffee orders and not ours (25 minutes!). Next time it was a long wait for literally microwavedsandwiches. We watched as they kept making drive through sandwiches and not ours. (15 minutes). Moral of the story, go throughthe drive through. ???? Read more
The staff is always friendly and frequently call me out by name as I pick up my Mocha. I enjoy the personal touch. And of... course, I appreciate the consistency of my order at any Starbucks I visit around the US. Read more
