Ordered online, online system said that the sandwich would be ready at 12:10. Walked in at 12:07, said I was there for my... online order. They said they never got one. Said I just wanted my money back then. Took them only a few seconds to find theorder that "never came in." If you're so lazy you can't even glance at a computer screen once in 20 minutes to see if there areany pending orders, then don't take online order. Read more

Unfortunately this Subway is not up to the same standards as other stores. Online orders are never ready on time and are often... made incorrectly, staff are unpleasant and complain. Worth driving to Arcata/Eureka or even Willow Creek for better service?? Read more
We hadn?t gone here in a long time because the sandwich quality left something to be desired but we decided to take a chance and... I?m so glad we did! Wendy and Rose were absolutely killing it today!! Vicky is super nice but she can?t make a sandwich worthjack. I don't even know what to say? They were out of allot of items and the guy was hella rude. Yelled at my pops because he asked... for Lettuce on a specialty sandwich. Why the hell did he even ask my dad what he wanted on it then? No wonder Subway may gounder with service like that. Also gotta love the handwritten signs. Read more
