It is 12:21 p.m. on a Friday and they did not have the meats! I wanted their classic signature sandwich and they said the roast... beef would not be ready for at least an hour and a half! Is having product just a sideline for Arby's? What a waste of my time. Read more
I have been here multiple times. Not once have they been open or taken orders. Team members are inside but not to serve... customers. Same as everyone else has said. They close well before posted times and ignore you looking at them through the drivethrough window. A responsible owner would change the hours or close permanently. This location is unable to meet any standard atall. Arby's should revoke the franchise agreement with the owner in my opinion. Don't bother going to this location. You have towork really hard to achieve a 2 star rating! Read more
Drive thru service was terrible and they don?t even know how to do their job. Went at 4:30 and was the only person in line, I... sat at the speaker for 2 minutes before anyone said anything and then sat at the window for 5 minutes before he even looked atme. Received the wrong drink and no fries. Then never even asked for payment. Roast beef was cold and looks gross. Don?trecommend this place at all. They need to hire better workers and train them. This was easily the worst service I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. The place stunk, it was dirty and I waited 15... minutes for my order and I was the only person inside. All I could do was laugh, it was so pitiful! Read more
I?m an Arbys fan, since childhood, but unfortunately I had a bad experience at this Arby?s, well actually it was no experience... at all. On 7/21/2022 I arrived at 9:15PM with a car full of high schoolers ready to plunk down about $50 on late night grub, butit was closed. Sign says open til 10pm, no explanatory note on the door. Drove around back and saw 4 employees hanging aroundwith the back door open. ???????????Whats up Arbys? After that it was off to Whataburger and man they were busy!! Read more
I really like Arby's but this has to be the worst location you could possibly imagine. They have posted hours but it seems to be... like a slot machine if they are actually open. The indoor dining has not been open in the year plus I've been in McKinney. I'veseen cars at lunch time just waiting for like 30 minutes gullible enough to think someone is coming. I drove to another placeand came back and the same truck sitting there. On two occasions I pulled up no sign posted at like 2-3pm to the drive throughspeaker and waited 6-10 minutes with no response. One does wonder how they can even stay open operating like this. Only reasonit gets two stars is because I do like Arby's and the two out of ten times I actually could get food it was decent. DO NOT RECOMMEND. ALWAYS OPEN UP EACH ITEM AND VERIFY BEFORE LEAVING STORE. UPDATE 22-March-2022: received an email survey from... Arby's asking how they did at resolving this issue... Wow. They NEVER contacted me. I resolved this myself. UPDATE11-March-2022 Noon: Both doors locked, 4-5 workers inside. Asked why its locked, they are short staffed. Spoke with shiftmanager, they remade my order. Much better. Pic of spicy version attached. UPDATE 4-March-2022: Place is definitely a ghosttown-- don't expect them to be open. I went just before 5:00PM and nobody came to the speaker, although I did see someoneinside, but they ignored the window and speaker. Also, the huge sign outside says the inside is open 10AM-10PM, which is false--door was locked. I also filled out the form on their website regarding my order being wrong, also suggested by their reply, andthey have never gotten back with me. 28-February-2022: Place is pretty much a ghost town every time I drive by or stop forfood. Tonight I placed an order for two spicy fish sandwiches, and a large curly fry, and the receipt is correct, but I got homeand realized they made normal fish sandwiches and put a medium curly fry in a large container. I took the time to write a comment about this establishment, since we always emphasize the bad things more than the good. This... was my experience on the afternoon of 11/02/2022. I waited for a long time in the line of the DT and seeing that it was movingslowly I decided to enter the dining room, I could only observe 2 girls working there, the response for attending to my requestswas very kind and helpful, my food was correct and fresh; Without a doubt I can say that it is not the fault of the employeesfor the poor service of this place, but rather the lack of staff.
