Filthy. Employees played and giggled instead of cleaning the floors or tables. Appetizer was sloppily prepared and disgusting.... We didn?t want to take a chance on a entree. Females were running around laughing and playing together instead of cleaning thefacility; taking orders; providing a drink or remembering to bring requests in a timely manner. I saw one lone male cleaning atable or two. Tonight may have been our servers first day. He offered no napkins or to-go cup. Not sure what's going on here. The service used to be decent with good food. My boneless wings arrived mildly luke warm and... tater tots as well. The chicken was just not very good. It did not taste fresh and didn't have enough sauce. Like it had beensitting for awhile before serving. Never got a refill on my drink. This place used to be really good, but the last couple of times I?ve been there service has declined quite a bit. Most recent... visit was pretty bad. There were several dirty booths when we arrived and they needed to clean one of them for us. Table wasstill wet when we sat down. Server was very slow but friendly. One of the tables nearby spilled a drink and the staff just leftit there. When we left, the puddle was still there in the middle of a path between tables. Finally the biggest disappointmentwas that their ?BOGO? deal is now ?Buy One Get One? HALF OFF. Gone is there buy one get one free. Still a decent price, but nowhere near as good as before. Edit- I reached out to BWW as requested and they made it right on my last order. I was encouraged to try them again and so I did... using the points they gave me. Ordered 2 buffalo chicken tots (see image). Nothing really changed and definitely a systemicissue on their part. Rating stays the same because they reimbursed me in points and I do like a few of their other items,although the buffalo chicken tots were our most ordered item. Moving on to Pluckers Totchos which I highly recommend. 3rd timeordering the buffalo chicken tots for pickup and they been a disaster. See image attached. Never enough of any ingredients.Feels like I'm just paying 12 bucks for a basket of tots with a little bit of chicken, which is ridiculous. Read more

If you order takeout, be aware you?ll now be charged an extra $1.08 for a ?service takeout fee? you?ll be punished for ordering... takeout so don?t even bother eating here. Let me start by saying I generally love BWW. I went to the location in Mckinney TX and if you are planning to eat and have some... drinks this is not the place for you. This location literally times you and tells you when you are allowed to get your nextdrink. Never heard of this policy (in the state or at a bar) but they only allow 1 drink every 30 minutes regardless of what youhave. We went in on a Saturday night around 8 and it was completely dead. I assume this is because of their drinking policy. Theplace was filthy and all the employees were just standing around. I spoke with the manager Chris about the policy and he said itwas his decision when people could drink. Cutting people off for being intoxicated is one thing but this seemed to be aboutpower. It is really a great place for chicken lovers. I believe it is very enjoyable also on thur when you have bolo offer of buy wings... at 50% off. You can enjoy your leisure time here with beer also. Staff is very nice. The wings are very tasty and they have lotsof other options also for you. There are few vegetarian options such as cauliflower which can be tasted if you do not eatchicken. So all together a very good place to roam and eat your favorite food. The best thing is the quick service as wingsreally come hit of you do dine in.
