Great food, fun atmosphere. The outdoor patio, pizza, and beer are an amazing combination. The pizza was hot and fresh made to... order. I really like the topic selections. I was not expecting the crust to be cracker thin, but I really liked it. I felt Icould eat more cheese and toppings without filling up too quickly. They also have good variety of craft beers. I enjoyed eatinghere and will be back! Pro tip. Get on the wait list early. The wait on the weekends can be 20 min to 90+ min. Read more

Without any doubts the best pizza in downtown McKinney. Very crowded sometimes, especialy when it?s too cold to use the patio.... They don?t take reservations, but you can visit the small yet beautiful downtown until they let you know that your table isready. I loved the goat and figs pizza, never had this combinatiion before. The pizza was excellent. The mushroom appetizer was very good, but had a bit more of a gravy taste than I would of liked to... prevent it from being next level. Service was slow at times, but I think it was more from being overwhelmed than neglect. Greatspot to stop in the awesome place that it is downtown McKinney. Read more
It was our 1st visit here to meet a family member here as a 1/2 way spot. I always wanted to try this place since we've tried... Spoons Cafe multiple times across the street and saw this place everytime. Cadillac is a very quaint pub and so glad we triedit! I normally hate thin pizza crust but MAN their pizzas are AMAZING! We ordered a Supreme and a Margherita Pizzas. I lovepizzas with Pepperoni, Ham, Mushrooms, and whatever olives they have! Both pizzas had outstanding tastes and we truly can't waitto go back and bring more friends or family to share one of our new best pizza pubs who have plenty of parking behind back andtables inside and outside!
