When i come through the drive thru usually there are girls taking orders and they?re all rude?there?s one shorter girl with long... brown hair and fake lashes that?s very unfriendly. Always great food, by sometimes the order gets messed up in the drive through. This visit they got the drink order all wrong. ... Ordered large sweet tea, and 2 large Dr peppers. Got 3 medium drinks, when informed they changed them to larges but 2 of thethree drinks were wrong. Not sure what one Dr pepper was, but the second was unsweetened tea. Read more

Always on top of everything. Every employee is super nice and professional, especially the folks working the window. There was... only one time when a new hire was taking orders and mine got mixed up, but by the time I pulled around they moved him to anotherposition to minimize downtime. The area is busy since it?s right off the highway so the traffic can get a little hectic but theworkers are second-to-none. Also people like to pull into the mobile pickup lane and run in to grab their order, I guess theynever heard of the app. Pretty obnoxious. Read more

I am not a big fan of Chick-fil-A. However, I have to admire how efficiently they move their massive crowds through their store.... The person you order from who's standing out in the open also takes your payment and then you pull into another area and waitfor your food. Chick-fil-A is a good meal-grilled club w/American cheese ???? and meal-CFA sandwich . Customers service was good got all the... napkins, especial honey roasted Barbeque, ketchup and correct order that we requested from them. Read more
Food is great! Customer service is great! They loose a star every time they miss items in my order.
