We placed an order for 3 burgers with "no pink". We received them not only pink but raw. We called the restaurant and the... manager on duty was dismissive and seemd irritated by our concern and disappointment. She was impolite and did not offerresolution to the issue. Read more

We generally love Chili's but this location, at least at the time of our visit, lacked a lot of what Chili's normally offers.... They were out of food items and the drunks in the bar were allowed to be as loud and obnoxious as they wanted to be. Even to thepoint of getting into a verbal confrontation with another table who asked them to please keep it down. I would just aboutguarantee that they over serve those people. We we're taking to our seats as soon as we got there no wait. However the appetizertook almost an hour to come out. The entrees followed closely behind. We ordered the 2 for $25 which came with the cheesecakefor dessert. The cheesecake came out about 30 minutes after we asked for it. All around it just was not a good night for thelocation. I got the lunch break quesadillas this time. I eat here often. And my food order gets worse and worse. I order to go because I?m... at work and every time they forget something, usually silverware. I have to drink my soup. This time the Pico, sour cream andsilverware. My food was cold when I received it, and I ordered it there. The to go lady seemed to be in a hurry, so I didn?tbother. This place seems to be declining. 1 quesadilla not pictured only had cheese in it. But as you can see each one has onlya little bit chicken and they?re huge pieces I had to cut the chicken up? and spread the bacon apart otherwise I got a big chunkof bacon bits in 1 bite. The flour tortillas was super hard and to fried, it would crumble when I would bite into it. Probablythe worst quesadillas I?ve ever had.
