Ordered online and wasn?t ready on time. Not a huge deal but while I was waiting watched all the employees huddle in the back... talking about how they all wanted to go to ihop. Meanwhile a man had been waiting to be served for several minutes as well asmyself for my online order. No one greeted us when we came in or anything. Then I can see from where I?m standing a womanpreparing my food, not only did she lean on it with her dirty apron, but I watched her wipe the dirty counter off with her handswhich she had gloves on, but then continued to make my food. GROSS! Overall, the restaurant was pretty dirty with trasheverywhere on the tables, front counters were super dirty with old food, and customer service was sub-par. Read more
Everyone was fantastic except for management. I initially watched and easily heard the manager be extremely condescending to the... cashier for not stocking while she was actively taking care of a busy line. Her tone was aggressive and the interaction seemedcompletely unnecessary. I then watched as the manager kept peeking around the corner to watch the cashier work. To say this wasmicromanaging would be under exaggerating. It was unfortunate because the cashier was actively going and stocking when the linewas slow. It sounded like the only way the manager would be happy is if there were two of her. I?m surprised I know this muchabout their store dynamics but the manager was loudly complaining on the floor about the cashier to other coworkers. I wassitting across the building by the door and my husband and I could both hear it. It was incredibly unprofessional. She cameacross as a real bully. I didn?t witness anything happening that called for addressing staff that way in front of customers.This was around 6pm. Won?t be going back to this location. The rest of the staff was polite and helpful. I just feel bad forthat cashier, no one deserves that treatment especially not at work. Read more
This location has gone majorly downhill and management needs to step in. I will not spend a dime here again. Last time I ordered... here I told myself they have one more chance, and it?s up. Zero greeting or asking what I want, a mere look and grunt for me toorder. They slop the food around and do not drain the food like they used to, which results in excess liquids. By the time theyare ready to roll the burrito there is tons of mush coming out the sides which smears all over the counters. Speaking ofcounters, they are disgusting, with dried old food smeared all over them. They do not clean, nor do they care. I get findingworkers is difficult post covid, but this is ridiculous! I?ve been going here for years. I love the restaurant and location, but they need some oversight badly!! Everytime I go they are... OUT OF DRESSING or ?no one made it last night? is the quote I hear. Unbelievable, it?s going down fast!! They?re out of riceoften etc. I guess they?re making too much money to care! You hear these excuses after standing in line for 20-30 minutessometimes. Such a poorly built salad. No chips or chocolate milk. Poor small kids portions. Done with this place and probably the chain!!
Orderd extra chicken and beans and get less then a regular order. This store consistently messes up online orders.
They were supposed to open at 10:45. They saw us outside but did not open until 10:55. Never acknowledged us. When they opened... the door there was no apology of any kind for their late opening.. When I asked the see manager he never showed up. Customerservice was awful. Then had to wait for the chicken to finish cooking and to be seasoned. Read more
Not sure who manages this location, but it?s run terribly. I?ve tried to give this place several chances, but it?s a mess every... time. Chipotle corporate needs to step in and assess what?s going on here. Some friendly advice, hang out at a Chick-Fil-A or anIn-And Out for a day or two and learn how to properly manage a restaurant.
