Was in the area searching for a home. The seller of the community recommended that I drive downtown to se the area. Decided to... find a Chipotle, and saw this location. To my surprise this restaurant was severely dirty. There was food smashed on tables,the floors were dirty, ice machine was over flowing with ice. Where?s leadership. I could not tell who was the manager of thisrestaurant.,However, it says a lot about Chipotle as a corporation. This should be a violation of food code policy. You guys have raised prices 3 times in the last year. I should not have to ask for more of everything because you are stingy... with your portions. You make me feel uncomfortable when I have to basically beg to receive what I am paying for. The bowl sizesare a designed size for a reason. Fill it up! You are raising prices and giving less. I only ever experience this at yourlocation. Your goal of cutting costs by giving less will backfire as customers begin to avoid you. I will be going to betterlocations from now on. Goodness this place is LOUD! And if you like to be yelled at, it?s your place. The lady actually yelled at my Autistic son, ?Are... you listening??, yes he was but couldn?t understand her because she was barking orders. We missed a few things we usually put onour burritos. I'm honestly so tired of the inconsistency when I order the same thing every time. This time, there was like no chicken or... cheese in my bowl. It was literally beans and rice. In addition, I'm so sick of asking for my salsa on the side and then beingcharged for chips AND SALSA when I order a bag of chips. I don't want my salsa all over my bowl. I'm not trying to pull one overon you and get chips and salsa for cheaper. I just want my salsa on the side. Meat was over cooked. Tables were not being waited on. People left, and the dirty table sat there for a while, wow people were... looking to have a seat. Notify them several times that the ice machine was out of ice, and they did nothing to fill it why 25 or30 people came in behind me trying to get ice for their drinks. Overall food and service was substandard for this store! I hadone quarter inch of watery juice hanging out in the bottom my salad bowl! Nothing should have been there! As I went throughthe line, everything was running out! I got the last bit of salad, they shortchanged me on the meat, and I had about a halfserving of the guacamole, because it was empty! This is not what I expect from a store! It seemed that there were a lot ofworkers not doing what they needed to do to make this lunch happen for all these people coming through. The lady that took orders was extremely rude, had no self care for her job. She slammed the bowls down to start the order,... continued to roll her eyes when I asked if there was any more white rice coming out she said no. But proceeded to ask for morebrown rice as if it wasn?t a problem, and it honestly felt like she did that just out of spite. Then she tried to charge me fordouble chicken when that was not what I ordered. She told me she didn?t have chips so there was another wait there.. all in allit just seemed as if there was not any kind of management going on inside of there. The two people behind me decided to justwalk out instead of ordering from this individual. The establishment was not busy what so ever. Horrible!! Horrible !!! Experience at this particular location. This is my third visit to this store and I will not come back... again and rather drive 6 miles to another location to order food. Employees are super slow, lacks customer interaction skills.Food tasted bad. Rice was over cooked, grilled vegetables were raw, meat was not cooked well on my burrito bowl. Did not provideus receipt as they were out of paper roll yesterday evening. Employees do not greet or apologize for inconvenience.I wonder howthis location is still in business???
