The review isn?t towards the food as it was delicious. Only gripe about it was the portion of chips, which were a handful? at... best. At least have smaller chip bags so its not as insulting. My main issue was the attitude of one particular worker, I nevergot her name but she was an older lady working the customer line. She was very passive aggressive about adding cheese to a kidsbuild your own. Apparently cheese is an additional $1.55 for the build your own, to be clear the shredded cheese, not the queso.When I asked her if the confusion was between the two she made a snarky comment about what is shredded cheese and queso. Afellow employee offered some inquiries about her decision as I had never heard of this alleged ~30% price increase for a tinyportion. She was condescending to her fellow employee and made a comment saying ?not to argue with her in front of the customeras it?s unprofessional.? The irony is she was the unprofessional one and made the visit to this location a one and doneexperience. Read more

One of the worst Chipotle locations. I eat Chipotle often and I purposely avoid this one now. When this location opened they... were fine. Things changed in 2022. Most visits the rice and/or beans were not seasoned at all. Also, this location does not givethe typical portions you expect at Chipotle. Most of the employees are nice but the product here brings the rating down. Read more

I am 100% disappointed and irritated with this location. Not the first time this has happened. Ordered online for pickup in car... lane and was in line for more than 20 minutes!! Decided to get out of line to go inside and pick up instead and waited another 5minutes. Finally got my order after a total of a 30 minute wait or so. Decided to check my order when I was on my way home andsoon realized that BOTH my orders were WRONG! Turned around and went inside and waited another 5 minutes until I was able to letcashier know about my order. Instead of an understanding response, I was shocked to receive attitude, with a very LOUD sigh,like it was an inconvenience to them, that I was informing them of my $10 dollar bowls being incorrect!!! Ridiculous. Horriblecustomer service and Kathlyn, ?current manager?,did nothing to correct this incident. Not even an apology. Very annoyed! Read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!! Stopped here on the way home to get 2 burritos for my husband and I. Ordered through mobile app,... picked them up. Get home, which was 40 min away and they gave us the wrong burritos!!! The labels were all correct but theburritos were completely wrong!!! The rice, veggies, lettuce, meat, everything!!! $20 for 2 burritos we didn?t even order!!!!!!If the girls there would quit flirting with all the male customers, they MIGHT get an order right!! This place is horrible at customer service. It costs the same regardless of ordering as a bowl or salad, with identical... ingredients. We ordered a bowl and they refused to provide a salad dressing saying I had to come into the store as dressing, oneonly, comes with a salad and I didn't order a salad. They also claimed other locations do the same, which isn't true. They saidsalads cost more and additional dressing is extra. I came inside and pointed out that a salad vs a bowl vs whatever costs thesame! Instead of giving me one dressing, he insisted I have to have it built as a salad. So he made me a salad, sameingredients, but with added lettuce, and exchanged it for the bowl! What a waste, and what a way to upset a customer by makingme come inside and remake the bowl into a salad just to get a dressing. WOW. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE..... NOT! Read more

I placed an order for pick up through the chipotlane pick up and when I arrived home this is what my food looked like! Missing... the rice and beans! I immediately called their number and reached a robot who offered me a BOGO. I should?ve been offered arefund. Read more

Best guacamole on the planet, when they have some. Seem to run out fast and often. Been better on supply recently. -2 stars... tonight because I ordered Green sauce but got the Red sauce. Not only that but it spilled over into the Sour Cream which was sospicy it was nearly inedible. The final thing was this is the third time in the past 5 visits where the Queso was just not putin the bag. You would think that by now I would look before driving away. All 5 of the past 5 visits, the order was wrong insome way or another. Mistakes like these are easy to overcome but someone needs to teach a little quality control. I get it,help is hard to find but Chipotle is paying premium wages from ads I've seen. Should good and proper training be a part of thathuman resources investment? There seemed to be no shortage of staff on any night we have stopped through so what gives? Trainingis important for the brand. Training makes people feel more comfortable with their work and thus work better thus benefiting thebrand. Have not given up on this place yet, but what makes it better than all the other fast food in the general area? Read more

5:45 in the afternoon and ordered two burrito bowls. Asked the manager what is the brisket smoked with because I?m allergic to... mesquite and he said they have no idea. You?d think #Chipotle would train their staff properly. Then they were totally out ofmild salsa (pico) and told us they had to save it for online orders and refused completely to give us any mild salsa. We lefteverything and will never go back.
