Dillas is a great place if you want a Quesadilla that's not just meat and cheese. They have a good variety. I like the Gorilla... size but on those days when I need smaller portions the regular size is just as filling. Either way you can't go wrong. We lovethe Founder and Hot Hatch in our house. Stopped by for dinner. The price is huge for what you get and the food isn't worth it. I had the lonestar quesadillas with... chips and queso. The quesadillas didn't have much flavor. The queso was good but came in one of those cups for ketchup, maybea little bigger than that. 2 quesadillas, some chips and queso amd a drink was $17 with a tip. Sorry, this place was so good, I didn?t get pictures of most of the food before it was gone! FYI, don?t get a small queso,... you?re going to want a large. It is so good. We had to wait a whole 6-7 minutes extra on one of ours because they ran out ofsteak. The manager went above and beyond to let us know what happened, and make it right. We?re original Dillas patrons from the original location opening week. It?s been so amazing to watch this company grow. This is... our first (but definitely not last) visit to this location. The restaurant was clean, the team here is friendly, and the layoutis perfect. I ordered a Build a Dilla with chicken, cilantro, and mushrooms with double fries. The Dillas stuffed to the brimand perfectly crispy on the outside. The fries came out perfectly cooked with a nice crunch and expertly seasoned. The ranch wasalso light and flavorful. Overall can?t wait to go back! Thank you! EDIT/UPDATE: We placed an identical order through theirwebsite and got a pickup order. The team is very quick to check your order when you wait under the pickup sign which is awesome.We drove the 20 minutes home and the food was still warm and perfectly cooked. I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Gorilla quesadilla, it?s awesome man!! Portion size was perfect and the amount of filling... is generous. Clean restaurant, employee interaction was pretty cool to watch. The crew looked more like a family. Kaitlynsuggested both the fries and chips and she was on point. I got the Gorilla sized Lonestar Quesadilla & the Gorilla fries. The food was excellent, which is always is! I highly recommend... trying this place out, if you are in the mood for something that is not the usual burger & chicken fast food. Read more
Order a ?Fluffy? that should have fries in it. The quesadilla was very thin. Only one half fry. Awful!
