I placed an order tonight on the app, and I paid for my food. I received a call seconds later telling me that if I wanted my... food that it would be an hour and a half before I would get it. This is unacceptable. I order all of the time from thisrestaurant, and I will no longer be ordering from them. Don?t offer a service if you can?t provide it. The person on the otherend of the line sounded relieved that I didn?t want to wait an hour and a half for my food. I?m deleting the app for thisrestaurant. Hopefully you do better going forward, so you don?t continue to lose loyal customers. Thanks for nothing! Read more
Grant the Gm is the worst he?s beyond rude!!! We got someone else?s order and he just huffed and puffed like a drama queen. He... walked away and a sweet girl came over to fix the mistake. Sad when a Gm is lazy and doesn?t care he shouldn?t even be there letalone a Gm. I work in the food industry so I get some people have bad days but this was absurd. They were really difficult with doing a order,the manager would rather throw away pizzas then just fix the order and make sure... that you are very very specific with your orders cause if not they will mess it all completely up and try to scam you for yourmoney.I am very disappointed in this dominos. We were told by the call center our order was at stacy and watters. We got there and they did not have our order. Sent us to... this dominos (stacy and alma) and they did not have our call in order either BUT I cannot say enough about how great Jack was!! He was respectful, apologized (was not his fault at all), said he would place and start my order right away, gave me the timeit would take, applied a coupon for me, and offered to bring it to my car as soon as it was completed. He did an EXCELLENT jobof handling this and I appreciate his service and attitude in solving this situation. If I can, I will drive to this location,place my order and wait in the future because of this experience. Thank you sooo much Jack!! I Ordered 30 pizzas in advanced to be picked up at 10:45am for a preschool for the kiddos lunch pizza party. When I arrived the... pizzas were not even ready and I was met with excuses as to why they were not ready. I was told the employee who took my orderput PM instead of AM, but they started baking the pizzas but were confused so stopped baking them. Instead of just calling me toconfirm the correct time they just didn?t make them. I arrived at 11am but had to wait 30 more minutes which made the kiddoslunch late. The coworker told the manger what happened when he returned from doing a delivery and he didn?t say or do anythinghe just walked to the back. I frequently order pizzas for events that we may have at our school so I have used this domino?swith better success but after today I will not be using them anymore. Read more
We ordered pizza from here last evening. The toppings were about one third of what we get from other locations. I like Domino's... but this particular location not so much. Maybe better to drive another 5 to 10 minutes and pickup from another location. Alsodidn't get chilly flakes like we get from other locations or maybe they were paid here. Just a request, be more gracious withthe toppings, you could be improving or ruining someone's meal. Be on the right side. Read more
