Erin and Ty were working early afternoon. I was having some trouble with internet and had to call 3 times. Through their... wonderful customer service and patients that you would never expect to see in an establishment like this everything got doneperfect and the portions were great. This was a very disappointing experience. First, I want to acknowledge that I was late getting to the store to pickup my 5... pizzas due to an unplanned family situation which required my attention and presence. This would be our unplanned surprisedinner for my beautiful Family. Due to my late arrival the pizzas were cold sitting in the back on a counter instead of sittingin the warmer keeping warm. The warmer only had 2 pizzas in it the rest of the warmer was completely empty so the pizzas if theyhad been taken out and put back into the warmer would not have be cold, dry and hard. They even were burnt that part wasn't myfault. I was angry just extremely disappoint at how they handle my pizza. I hadn't eaten all day long. So I didn't address theissue just paid for the pizzas and left. I will now go back to checking the appearance of my food before I leave Restaurantafter that experience. I would not kiss Domino's Pizza off for ever, yet I would this location. I felt extremely invaluable as acustomer at this location. So I'm choosing not to recommend this location. Try another store not the one at University Drive atHWY 75 North in McKinney Texas. Read more
Be wary, this is the worst experience I've had with a dominos. First, the dominos app lists the location as on the northeast... corner, when it is in fact on the southeast corner. I left the house when the app said that my order was in the oven. When I wasin the opposite parking lot, the app said that they were checking the quality. After the roughest time crossing the road, and atthe end of the "ready" window given by the app, my order was still not ready. Someone did come out to tell me that there was onemore thing in the oven, which I appreciate. A few minutes later, someone came out and gave me the wrong order. When I finallydid recieve my order, I was more than disappointed. In addition to the signature dominos uncut slices, my pan pizza was somehowburnt and undercooked at the same time, my chicken bacon ranch was bland to the point where I think they forgot the sauce, andthe pepperoni (pictured) was not spread at all. Overall, if this is the closest location to you, it's worth the extra fewminutes to visit another location. Read more
Delivery was very quick on Fourth of July, but the Alfredo pasta portion size is a joke! I got about three bites worth of... noodles. It would be perfect for a child, but definitely not an adult who payed for an adult portion. Disappointed. Read more

Went to the domino's on 1717 w University drive. Ordered a meatzza pan pizza and stuffed cheesy bread. Expensive order. When I... got my pizza, the only topping on it was bacon, which I ordered extra bacon for. While in the store, there were multiple peoplewaiting for pizzas that had been made incorrectly. They mixed up an extravaganza with extra pepperoni with just plain pepperoni.The manager (guy working the oven) got upset with the customer, who had a thick accent, and said he wouldn't help him. One ofthe insiders came over and spoke with him, and discovered he wanted an extravaganza the whole time, not just pepperoni. I paidfor a specialty pizza and 4 marinara cups. Only got a pizza with bacon, no marinara. Apparently this is a new manager? Neverseen him there before, probably won't ever go back there after this. In this day and age you're gonna charge me $20 for a singlepizza with bacon on it when I ordered a Meatzza? Kinda felt like retaliation for ordering extra bacon. Do not come here foryour domino's order. Go to any other domino's. Read more
