If i could leave zero stars i would. I came here about 5 minutes ago and i asked for skim milk for my mom because whole milk... makes her sick. When they said that they had no skim milk, we asked for half whole milk and half water. The girls starteddisrespectfully laughing and said ?bro are the calories really that serious?? and continued to laugh hysterically. We proceededto tell them to forget it and drove away. we will never be back to this location due to rude and disrespectful employees. Read more
Fake reviews? When I casually attempted to order through the drive through, the guy was sighing and had an attitude. He... confirmed everything I ordered, however when I open my bag my hash browns were missing. I paid for that, so Dunkin robbed me.They also never put napkins in the bag. Read more
This placed was busy and packed both inside and out at 8:45am. However, I didn?t mind waiting because this shop is extremely... organized and worked together to ensure no orders were missed. A huge plus was the fact everything was clean. I saw them wipingdown coffee cups before handing them over. If waiting means a clean environment, my order is less likely to get messed up, andeveryone is taken care of then I?ll wait. Keep it up team! I know it?s stressful but you?re doing great!! Read more
The quality of the food was below average. The beverage tasted good. The tables looked like they were not cleaned recently.
I ordered 2 bagels only sliced not toasted and I received 2 very burnt bagels. I did not even receive my spread on the side... which I had put in my online order as well. Very bad customer service. Read more
i come this location all the time. I love the coffee and the pricing. I never had issues till recently. I ordered a large iced... latte.. They put mostly ice and just the other day i came in they gave me large with no flavoring or anything. I?m not trying tobe a karen just disappointed. Everytime i come here now they always mess it up. Kind of disappointing today! I have never buy in Dunkin but my daughter want to try it we place and order online and I went to... pick up a rude girl name Morgan assist me. I?ll try to add something else in my order and she kind of angry screen to me withI?m not place that on the same order that they were to busy to waist time I can believe people like her working on a customerservice place.. she really upset my day and after that they don?t give me the right order I ask 4 blueberry muffins and theygive one coffee cake really??? . what kind of service is this.. first and last time I go there I prefer Starbucks is the bestfor me.. Stopped in on my way to see my mom because she lives in a small town that doesn't have a Dunkin'. She wanted the jelly filled... donut holes so I bought a dozen of each flavor. Customer service was great and of course the donuts were amazing as well. Read more
