I visited Firehouse Subs for a quick, late night snack. Per usual, I had the New York Steamer. Overall it was good but I?ve had... better tasting ones at other locations. It was a tad dry (needed more Italian dressing) and a bit more meat would have beennice. With that said, the employees provided excellent service and were quick to answer any questions that I had. I just left this location and the man at the front register with the mask on decided to tell me ?restrooms are for customers... only? as i brought my two children to the restroom. I am upset with this because I read the door I saw the sign and secondly Iwas about to order anyways. It would have been common sense for me to allow them to use the restroom first before proceeding toorder my food because they had to go badly. Secondly as I am reading the menu to order MY food he decides to tell me ?thecheapest thing on the menu is a cookie? I?m not sure what he was implying by this but I did end up buying the cookie.. not tohave access to the restroom but for the children. I was going to order my food to begin with which was the reason I came to thislocation but nevermind no thanks never again. I don?t know maybe don?t assume people can?t read signs next time or make yourencounter a little more polite. Be happy I was in a good mood today because if not you would?ve regret it. Read more
Spoken to with such disrespect as I picked up my online order while carrying a sleeping newborn in a car seat and trying to... manage holding everything. My dry and sarcasticly-humored friend works here, so excuse the bias. They have pretty great sandwiches and growing up never... really went to firehouse before. Happy to have tried them out now. They do have gluten friendly bread, so consider that. Read more
