Looks like this place is struggling to stay alive. I?ve been wanting to go here for a while since it opened. I?ve had a lot of... people recommending it. When I got there it was empty, but the entire place was a wreck. It wasn?t that dirty, but the napkinholder wasn?t prepped, fork dispenser not assembled, soap dispenser in the bathroom was empty. Later I find out there isn?t amanager there. The pizza came out just like the other pictures. The dough wasn?t even cooked and the bottom was burnt. I used to come to firo all the time and was always super happy with my food and the service. Today that was not the case. The... restaurant was completely dead when we walked in and yet it took a solid 25-30 min for two pizzas when we were the only two inthe place. On top of that we were told that it was dine in style and that we would be served. However, we had to get our owndrinks, napkins, and boxes while our waitress sat on her phone in the corner. It?s so sad how much this restaurant has changedand I hope things can be figured out so this doesn?t happen anymore. Read more

Ordered two pepperoni and onion pizzas from Uber. Neither pizza had onion and there were slices of pizza that didn?t even have... a piece of pepperoni on it. This place used to be real good! not sure why it got so bad after the change in management. Haven?t been here in awhile but was... in the mood for pizza - what I got had no flavor and loaded with salt. By far the worst pizza I?ve ever had. Will not be goinghere again. I loved Firo pizzas from the very first time, service was always great. This day was hopefully just an anomaly. Slow service,... mistake on one pizza of 4. Barely apologized, for the error,and then I had to go get the pizza from the counter. Seemed a littleskimpy on toppings which is more annoying since they now charge per topping.. We will be back, but I hope the experience willbe better. Read more

This pizza is not good. It was one of my favorite pizza places in McKinney. I ordered a pizza that had missing toppings and... seven small pieces of cheese. I thought the order was a mix up, and asked an employee what type of pizza it was. She said it wasthe type I ordered and I pointed out the missing basil just to make a point that it wasn't. She offered to add some basil andcompletely missed the point that the pizza was terribly made. Read more

Service was awesome (although he didn?t know a lot about some ingredients lol). The pizza is super thin crust which was awesome!
