The perfect breakfast cafe. I know good service when I?ve experienced it and this is maybe one of the best breakfast places... Here in McKinney. Seated after a 12 minute wait, all downhill after that. Had to get a manager to get the waiter to even come to the table to take... our drink order. After waiting on our food 45 minutes, we had to flag down the waiter to ask status, he then avoided our tableand never came back to give an update. I didn?t get his name, but he had curly blond hair in a ponytail. We left after spendingan hour at the table never even receiving a refill on coffee or tea. Read more
Amazing food and amazing staff usually . I really enjoy this place. However it loses one star because the hostess today told us... it was a 30 minute wait and she would text us. We waited 30 minutes and saw literally everyone before and after us go in and beseated , we ask her again the wait time and she says a minute and then seats us. Never texted or came out and got us but seatedmany other people after us. Read more
Ordered to-go breakfast for 4. Kids pancakes were fine, except one had chocolate chips and blueberries. My sunny side egg was... completely uncooked, as shown in picture, rendering it and the bacon unedable. My husband's blueberry pancake was a chocolatechip one with no blueberries in sight. They also over filled both kids drinks, they spilled the whole drive. Food boxes werestacked improperly and the uncooked egg spilled all over the inside of the bag as well. Food tasted fine, but notspectacular. I hate leaving bad reviews, but we chose this place based off all the great ones, only to have a very less thenthe stellar experience. Had a lovely breakfast with wifey here just yesterday. The lemon ricotta pancakes were stellar! The spicy Cajun style crab cake... eggs Benedict was delicious! Great service and great iced coffee too! Read more

We're exploring North Dallas breakfast places for our favorite date spot, and First Watch has moved to the top of the list. We... love the fact that they have healthier options on the menu, but the fact that the food is flavorful is what we enjoyed themost. We both ordered "The Trifecta". Wendy had the Belgium Waffles and I had the Multigrain Pancakes, and we ended up eatingoff each other's plates. Highly recommended. Read more
