Showed up for a buddies birthday 15 deep in the party the server went south and got her childish bearings twisted on severing... priorities and thought it was best to serve her average uncle buck... Mr touchy Feely over true patrons that would tipappropriately. She can enjoy her regular routine with said uncle. I will however enjoy this meal being treated with respect ina respectable establishment.. #hooters is trash and I'll gladly push the obvious with superior servers and companies. Read more

Just left here actually the experience was so bad I couldn't procrastinate and possibly not do this review. We got seated... then watched our waitress chit chat with another table for 20 minutes before we even could order a drink. I ended up waitinganother 15 minutes before I got my drink. While she walked around constantly going back to her one table putting on inflatedboxing gloves playing with the table and what not. Finally got our food ordered and waiting ed another 3 minutes only to havesome cheese less cheese sticks. After coming to the realization that our table and the table beside us waitresses didn't carewhat went on with us. Me and the lady from the other table went and complained to who I believed to be a manager who by the wayshe handled it didn't care too much either never saw her again the rest of the night. My food was cold and under cooked( i knowfor sure im a culinary arts graduate)the waitress continued as she was ignoring us walked by three times at one point before Ihad to stop the other waitress for a water. I used tonsee this place as the best hooters I've been too. I travel a lot so I'vebeen to a lot. Would not recommend this place to anyone anytime soon. I hope they get themselves together. I bought their food from their GrubHub nickname "Hooties Burger Bar" and the food was a little disappointing, I mean, this is... hooters, where they get most of their income from alcohol; I ordered the Texas Twisted Burger with green peppers, raw onion,lettuce and sauteed mushrooms, they forgot the lettuce and onion, which I paid for, and the peppers were still a bit raw, I gota side of tater tots and they were okay, also a little undercooked, the sandwich was definitely covered in cheese, so that's aplus, but otherwise it was just sad. Service was still subpar (too busy hanging out with the guy alone at the table behind us, too busy to pour our beers to rush off... and sit with him as well), but it was better than recent visits (server never waited on us and we had to say something and shetoo was at a single guy's table hitting on him). These are some reasons why we rarely go here anymore. It seems very common atHooters that server's 'boyfriends' will hang out by themselves and the servers will ignore customers and sit and chat with theminstead of working. I've seen this at many locations, and its quite common at this location. Also, they seem to be cookingtheir wings and pickle chips correctly now. It was pretty bad at times, sometimes barely covered in sauce, soggy, etc., but notthis time! Pickles, cold beer, and wings were all great this time. Prices on the other hand are extremely high-- another reasonnot to visit more often. Also, when they start making 'wings' out of batter to make up for the count, that's a new one!!! and Ido recall circa 2000ish, real wings were as tiny at one short period in time-- that was bad... anyway, pics below! Have made this one of my lunch stop rotations. Have not be let down yet by the staff or food. Always have great service. Order... comes out quick and hot. Food taste right. Had couple hiccups prior occurrences but always gets corrected immediately. Read more
Went to this hooters last night, got excellent service from Ash! The whole experience was great we walked in and were welcomed... at the door. Ash took our order in a timely manner and our food came out correct and quick! All of the hooters girls who cameby were very friendly. It was my sons birthday he?s 4, he also requested it! He really enjoyed the experience and we all had agreat time. Management is clearly doing their job and training their team right. Also I?m not one to usually leave a reviewunless I?ve had just an awful experience. So this goes to show how pleased we were with out visit. Being a restaurant managermyself, I would come back to this location. 10/10 just wish we lived closer to this location. We usually go to garland. Read more
