WAY above and beyond! Received my order at home without requested modifications. Spoke to shift manager and explained I was... unable to drive and pick up a replacement due to a medication I had taken. Shift manager prepared a new sub and had hisemployee personally deliver to my home. I expected an ?I?m sorry, we?ll give you a refund,? which would have been totallyacceptable. Worst experience I've had with jersey Mike's. Ordered the usual #9. They forgot the bacon ( even thought I reminded them twice I... wanted the mayo and bacon) the sandwich it self looked Sh-t. My wife got a regular type sub. It wasn?t bad. But they don?t have any toppings like cucumber, olives. For toasted it wasn?t... really toasted more like warmed up. My cheesesteak sandwich was awful and no doubt the worst cheesesteak sandwich I?ve ever had.The meat wasn?t bad it was the overly thick flavorless melted creamy cheese that just over powered everything. I had a terrible experience. I was not greeted and didn?t really know where I was suppose to order. The employees were very... unprofessional when I tried to ask questions about the menu, the employee helping me walked to the back. I asked for a hot sub,and they gave me a cold one. We really appreciate the customer service and courtesy this evening. The evening crew was getting ready to wind down their... evening and we walked in with ten minutes to closing. They greeted us kindly and took our order. Most places are rude, we reallyappreciate it as we had just made a four hour drive and we?re wanting to grab something to eat before heading home. Slow service that ended up giving me a Chicken Philly that looked like a toddler made his first sandwich. Tasted just like dog... food that was thrown on a skillet then smothered in sauce. They only enjoyable part was the bread. Will not be back. Read more
