Purchased a tuna sandwich and chips yesterday at 12:40 pm yesterday afternoon. Clearly there was something wrong with the... product as I began throwing up within 2 hours and was diagnosed with food poisoning. I?ve attempted to call this store to reportand no one answers the phone. I had the good fortune to stop at this Jimmy John's in McKinney. The service was great, the sandwich was great and the employees... were great. I spoke with Kelsey and told her their number 7 sandwich had made me a convert from one of their competitors. Iwould choose them over Jersey Mikes, Subway, or Firehouse in a second. Thanks, folks. Waited for my order for some time not because my sandwich wasn?t ready but because they couldn?t get the pickle bucket open... which is fine I was patient understanding, but to get a rotten pickle after that? If I could leave no stars I would. They made my sandwich wrong! They didn?t put any lettuce on it at all. I called and someone... said they would redeliver it. They called back and left a voicemail saying the manager said they couldn?t re deliver it. When Icalled back to speak with her she was very rude and argumentative! She said I will have it redelivered and hung up on me. (Nowwhy would I trust to eat my sandwich after the response I got) When I called the store back to ask for the managers name, theyrefused to give it me!
