This is a pretty great pizza place, they make my favorite white sauce pizza (Chicken Bacon Ranch) and the service has been good.... I can't speak for the buffet aspect but their carry out and delivery pizza is phenomenal. Read more
Used to go to location on 380 and it wasn?t bad. I went today and all the pizza was overcooked. It?s now an incredibly average... pizza buffet. Not that there?s ever been an outstanding pizza buffet in American history but it?s always nice to dream. Read more
One of the worst customer service experiences. We ordered four pizzas. One came out, the other 3 never did. After 20 minutes,... we asked about the pizza and they pushed the ticket behind other orders. Staff was completely rude and failed to acceptresponsibility. Another customer had been standing at the line for about 20 minutes waiting for spaghetti sauce and every timeshe asked about it, they kept telling her another minute and then ignoring her. Read more
Ordered a salad with chicken. I was charged $13.99 for a salad with 5 half pieces of chicken, cheese and olives. Called the... store to let them know that I would be bringing the salad back and would like a refund. Was told by Michael that they don't dorefunds. Michael stated that this is what inflation has done. Folks, I would not recommend this place. Save your money, I amsure there are better options out there. Read more
I've been coming to Jim's since I was a kid too young to remember it. My family has visited for who knows how long. In short,... the only thing that's changed is the location. It's as good and friendly a place as ever. This was my first time at the newlocation after a busy year. It was really nice to see an old favorite keeping things going, barely a thing changed. Some of thevery best pizza I've had, and the salad bar isn't any slouch either! Restaurant is clean, staff is nice and friendly, and theprices remain very reasonable. (both on the by-order & buffet side of things) Not sure if anyone on staff remembers him, but mylate grandpa Stephen Lew Anderson introduced me originally. Being from the Chicago land area, it's def not top notch.... But for cheap, fast, and tasty buffet pizza... It was alright... ???? we'd def revisit but def not a premium pizza, not close... But will fill the belly, lol Read more
