It took forever after being seated for the chef to come. Maybe they don’t have much staff right now but wish they were upfront... about how much time it would take. Average to below average food is the best way to describe it. Rather bland and not muchflavor or spice. Only dishes we enjoyed were the onion broth soup which was flavorful and comforting. The ginger salad wascrunchy and the dressing was very good (just too much of it on a small salad) Looking around our hibachi table, portion sizeswere uneven. Fried rice - bland. Chicken - bland. Tips are optional. In America your employer employees you for a service and you work for an hourly pay that is agreed on between... employe and employer. Tips are given when the customer feels you did an exceptional service and wants to leave a gratuity whichis a tip. The three of us game into eat and my son left a tip upon the service rendered. The waitress came back to the table andasked us for more money due to the tip not being what she expected. We don’t mind tipping. We pride ourselves on being goodtippers but we also do not reward bad service. This attitude of entitlement is disgraceful. Read more

The food was great. I wanna know who watch you fill out your credit card receipt and I put 0.00 for tip because I wanted to give... a cash tip...the server call me out and say...food does not include tip. I said there is this thing called cash!! But good luckon your tip now. You don't get to tell me on How I need to tip!! Cash is king !! She did not get a tip...now she can learn fromthis. I would never not tip...maybe because I don't look rich enough thought I would not tip. I am a great tipper....too bad shejumped to to judge and not found out. Read more
For the actual food, this place has superior everything to most hibachi places. The soup, salad dressing, rice, noodles, and... protein have all been consistently better than anything else in the area. The environment is low key and the performance is notover the top like it is somewhere else, but we go for the food.. so that is what matters to us. Read more
Oh my gosh they put on a great show! Food was great, show was great and my boys LOVED it. My teens ordered swordfish and salmon ... and they don't even eat fish! I witnesses my teen eat VEGETABLES! 10/10! Would go again! Read more
We LOVE Kobe! Always good food, very large portions, we usually to the plate sharing, definitely enough to share. Onion soup is... so good! Friendly amazing staff, always happy and remember you! One of our favorite spots for lunch/dinner. Read more
I will never eat here again. Yesterday was my first time here and the food was great. The server watched me fill out my receipt... and was harassing me to leave a tip. I had cash so I asked her if she had change for a $20 she said yes but brought back $15. SoI put the money in my back and left because she took $5. She followed me from going out the door still asking for a tip. So Iasked didn’t you just take $5 from me. That Is not good business and very unprofessional! Read more
