Horrible Customer service. She was in a mood to begin with. My pizza was not sliced through. (Get a new pizza cutter) I asked... for a plastic knife so I didn't have to keep tearing pizza apart by hand. She just stared at me. I told her pizza was not cutright and I had to use my hands. As I was showing her my hands. She again just stared. Then she instructed me to bring it backin. (Why ?) My hands Were already so messy from trying to pull it apart. Every time I come here the experience is somehow a little bit worse. Main manager lady seems to be borderline incapable of... communicating in English, and the new employees seem equally uninterested in taking orders or preparing them in a timely manner. Pizza is usually overcooked, soda selection is poor, and the sauces are perpetually unavailable. In general, the onlyqualification to work here seems to be a significant level of brain-dead-ed-ness. I been here before several times and the service always been great. Nice team members. I usually order and wait 10 minutes in my... car for the pizza which is fine. This time was different. There were a couple of customers ahead of me. One customer ordered andpaid cash, the next customer paid credit card. I ordered and paid by credit card. After I made the order and paid for it, theteam member went to the kitchen area and started helping making the pizzas. He did not wash or sanitize his hands. Hope no onegets sick. I left the store without my order. I was upset. My fault, I should have said something. Hope the leadershipteam/owner take this matter seriously. Read more
Although I had to wait 30 mins for my order, I still give it 5 stars. This location is extremely busy. The crew here were all... hard working and very polite. Being that this is a high volume store, I would think you need more racks to store customersorders. They seem to run out of space every time I?m in there. Great pizza & great service! Read more

????0 stars First off let me just say that the African American guy I?m guessing he?s the manager by the way he talks RUDE to... customers. He is very very disrespectful and rude. I ordered pickup online 3 pizzas and ALL 3 of my pizzas were SOGGY and when Itried to pull them apart they were falling apart like goo and they also were not even cut through. When I went back to get mymoney back the guy wants to argue with me about giving me my money back although he did offer to make fresh ones but I wasn?ttaking another chance because I feel like they should had been FRESH to begin with. Then he goes to say we?re really busy and Itell him it doesn?t matter how busy you all are you?re ALWAYS suppose to make sure that the FOOD is fresh. Also not to mentionthat nobody is wearing gloves which is really disgusting and the (manager) I?m guessing he is didn?t even have gloves on and ashe?s refunding me I?m looking at his filthy hands with a open sore with blood coming out of it.
