This place needs to get their act together. Called in for delivery after waiting for about 1 hour called and asked for status.... Said that it was here for pickup. Drove to go pick it up to find that it was not there someone was delivering it went back home.Waited again no one delivered. Called again and was told order was lost Read more
We order 14 pizzas from this store every Wednesday for our church youth group down the street. The staff is always friendly... and help get everything loaded in the car. The pickup deals are great and keep us under our budget for the week. Also likethat we can order online and schedule our pickup time for later in the day. Read more

Edited 1/20/2022 - I will leave my original information below but our last two experiences have really changed our willingness... to order from Marcos as too many other options available. Our previous order to today was a mess, it seemed the pizzas weretilted and pizzas were cold. It was busy time for dinner so we left it to a one time incident and heating them up in the ovenand re-arranged the pies. However today I ordered for lunch, a simple pizza and side. Ordered at 11:15am, no update on thetracker (says we are prepping your order), delivery estimate at 12:10pm. No worries yet. 1pm, no pizza still nearly two hoursafter ordering. Called the location twice and no answer, just machine thanking me for my patience for over 10m on first call,and 2nd call was 15m with no answer. Off to my 1pm appointment and will most likely come home to a cold pizza box sitting on myporch at 4pm. Update - Marcos cancelled my order per their Order Tracker. Phone call was received at 1:45pm to note that thestore was closed due to manager not able to come in, and they closed the store. Due to illness and short staffed. Apologies asI should not have been able to order online. Shame - as we always have supported Marcos since being here as noted below. Seemsto be a trend per neighbors and reviews. Yes will leave feedback at tellmarcos.com when it finally arrives. Great place to geta delivery pizza and service is always spot on. Though I am a super fan of pizza, and Marcos is not the best pizza I have everhad, they are perfect for parties, quick dinner gets, feeding the munchkins etc. I do enjoy their pie however simple and easy. Best of the quick delivery folks. Now if they can only get those extra sauces right... (seem to always miss one or two). Read more
Ordered pizza at 7. Was given an ETA of 8:14. Seemed a little long for pizza, but figured I would wait anyway. 8:14 came and... went with no pizza, so I called around 8:20. Turns out they were short on drivers, but said it would be out the door in 10minutes. By this point, I was watching my tracker app like a hawk. 8:30 comes and goes, and the tracker doesn?t change. Istart debating my life choices. FINALLY at 8:42 the tracker updates! 20 minutes later the pizza is finally delivered 45minutes late. It arrived somewhat warm, but certainly no longer fresh. And even though I only ordered my veggies on half thepizza, they decided to put veggies on the whole pizza. So my boyfriend, who did not want the veggies, did not get to enjoy thepizza. Anyway, I?m not so sure I want to order at this location again after tonight?s experience. I gave it 2 stars becausethey at least got my sauces correct, and nobody ever gets those right. This place has gone down hill fast. We used to order regularly but stopped ordering from here a few months ago because of... quality. Last night I tried giving them a chance again and was disappointed again. Pizza tasted like a cafeteria pizza, had verylittle cheese and toppings, and huge amount of crust. Read more
