I'm relatively new to mod pizza, but so far I've been pleased every time. I'm a fan of being able to build your own. It's almost... like a subway, but for pizza. It does cost a little more than the normal chain places like Dominos or Pizza hut, but sometimesyou get what you pay for. The staff at this Custer Rd location is particularly nice and hard working. Last week during a busytime they accidentally sent our order out, while giving my wife and I someone else's order. They immediately redid our order andprovided us with free coupons for another visit. Two first on this first visit to this location. The other first was to go to same franchise restaurant twice in same month. We... first went to the Allen location and wanted to try another place for a different pizza. We got the made-to-order 12" this timewith salad. Plenty of food for the two of us so leftovers the next day. Fast service and served hot. We like the thinner crustthat one gets for the pizza. Read more

How have I never tried MOD Pizza?! I have driven by many times and just never thought to try it. A coworker had it for lunch the... other day and when she found out I had never tried it, she was in shock! Lol. So, I ordered curbside this evening. This is mynew go to pizza place! Not only is it delicious, but it is way more fairly priced than other pizza places. You can customizeyour pizza and add any additional toppings or sauces at no extra cost. I am a habitual regular at this location because the staff is always excellent at making pizza and a pleasure to interact with.... I almost never dine in, but whenever I do the vibe is nice, if a bit boisterous. If you're gluten free, the cauliflower crust ishands down better than the gf crust. Read more

This is mine and my fiancé?s go-to MOD location. They are consistent with the quality of their pizzas and staff is always nice.... We ordered for pick-up last night and I always ask for 2 sides of ranch and their pesto (which is the best I?ve found,comparable to my mom?s homemade pesto). I asked for 3 of each last night and noted that they can charge me if they needed to. Asuper kind employee added this note to our receipt which really made my day. I appreciate little things like that! I hopemanagement can recognize the handwriting and give this employee a raise because it?s little things like that that customersnotice and appreciate. DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. THERE ARE COCKROACHES. We found a BABY COCKROACH in one of our pizzas and the employees did not want... to take any responsibility for this. When we called the restaurant about this, they even dared to ask us if we were sure it wasa bug and if it was alive! No apologies or full refund was offered until we asked for it. In the end we went back to the storeto get our full refund and did not hear any form of apology from anybody. Also, the roads froze from the day before and they didnot even bother to put salt or sand in front of their stores, and as a result, I fell coming out of that restaurant. Luckily Idid not get hurt, but when I told them about this (potentially serious and dangerous) incident they nonchalantly acknowledgedthis and said "we will have someone look at it" and did not even apologize for this careless mistake that could have causedserious injury for someone. If you want some pizza but still some veggies! Then MOD is the place! My boyfriend and I is really excited to try this place!... They have the features like ?build your own? pizza vibes! Love it! We built pizza with many vegetables on it which not commonfor other places. Health & Pizza diet! How awesome is it! For the crust options, you can choose the normal one, or the thickcrust; also the gluten free and cauliflower crust!!! I love these options! Specifically when you on a diet but still want acheat day! MOD pizza tastes good and not greasy at all. Their pizza don?t have that much cheese compared to others. I lovetheir chicken jalapeno sausage which is their special for the week!
