I called and they did refund my $, but they were extremely rude... and the manger hung up the phone on me without even apologizing for the inconvenience. My reviews keep getting deleted. I ordered a salad with fajita chicken. I paid 13.99 for a salad that contained about 5 small... pieces of chicken. I don't mind paying that for a good salad. I called the store and told them I'd be bringing the salad backbut they said they don't give refunds. I spoke to a Michael that stated that's this is what inflation gets you. Ordered from here on accident thinking I was ordering from Jim?s. Pizza was good though, we ordered two large pizzas, one with... pepperoni and jalapeño and the other jalapeño and beef. The only thing I?d add is that the dough seems to be firmer than Jim?sand Jim?s also has a one of a kind tatse. Overall pizza was good and the complimentary coloring book was a plus also! I highly recommend Mr. Jim's Pizza, it was one of my favorite pizza places in the area however, please do not go to this... location. I witnessed one of the most disgusting things I've seen someone do in food service here. I went to pick up a pizza Iordered online and I saw one of the employees, a bigger guy with red dyed hair cutting a pizza, then he burped directly into hishand and put it back on the pizza and continued. He then coughs, but instead of turning away or covering his mouth, he leansinto the pizza about 6 inches from it and coughs straight into the pizza. It looked completely intentional. Afterwards he soakedthe pizza in so much garlic butter, it was bleeding through the box. When I got my pizza, it was also soaked in butter so I knowthis dude cut my pizza too. I ended up being so disgusted that I just threw the pizza away. Please visit another locationbecause this is not only disgusting, but a huge health risk.
